In the afternoon, Song Lili packed both of their luggage, then, carrying the child and having Zhang Qingguo carry the larger items, they went to the Capital University together.
Officially, we were supposed to be living at school, so we couldn't be without bedding, otherwise we wouldn't be able to explain it. This was what Qian Liulin had instructed us to do.
Song Lili understood what this meant.
They went to Song Lili's dormitory first. Everyone was there, including the roommate who hadn't come in the morning, who was now packing her luggage.
Song Lili led Zhang Qinghua and his companion upstairs directly. These past two days, family members have been able to go in with the registration process.
Pushing open the door, I saw two people packing their luggage.
Beside them stood a girl in a red dress, giving instructions: "You all need to be careful, my things are very precious."
"Understood, Miss." Someone nodded and continued packing their luggage.
"Song Lili, you're here?" Wang Mei asked with a smile when she saw Song Lili push the door open and enter.
Song Lili nodded, stepped aside, and let Zhang Qinghua and the other person in. "Yes, I brought the rest of my luggage too."
However, it seems we arrived at the wrong time; there were too many people and it was a bit crowded.
"This is our last roommate, Liang Yulin," Wang Mei introduced the two. "This is Song Lili."
"Hello, we'll be roommates from now on," Liang Yulin said, glancing at Song Lili.
"Hello, please take care of me in the future," Song Lili said.
Then, put the bedding and other small odds and ends on the bed board.
“Let’s go to your dorm first,” she said to Zhang Qinghua.
Liang Yulin was packing his luggage. If they came again, there wouldn't be enough room to move around, so it was better to wait a while.
Liang Yulin noticed, "I'm sorry, I'll get it ready as soon as possible, please wait a moment."
She took up all the open space in the dormitory by herself, leaving Song Lili with no room to tidy up, so Liang Yulin felt apologetic.
"It's okay, it's okay, take your time. We still need to go to the boys' dormitory. Take your time, we'll pack up there and then come back."
Since we have to deal with both sides anyway, it doesn't matter which side we do first.
Liang Yulin then glanced at the Zhang brothers beside Song Lili and said, "Thank you."

Then he said to everyone, "We'll be going now, we'll come back later."
Several people took Zhang Qinghua's luggage and went to Zhang Qinghua's dormitory.
There were only two people in Zhang Qinghua's dormitory; the others had probably all gone out.
Zhang Qinghua gave a casual greeting and then began packing his luggage.
Seeing that Zhang Qinghua didn't introduce anything, Song Lili stopped worrying about it and helped tidy up, while Zhang Qingguo played with the two children.
Zhang Qinghua was on the upper bunk. Just as Song Lili was about to climb up, Zhang Qinghua stopped her, saying, "I can do it myself."
He was worried about Lili going up to such a high place.
Song Lili smiled helplessly and had no choice but to step aside, letting Zhang Qinghua come by himself.
In the past, when she was in school, it seemed as if it were destined that she would always sleep on the top bunk, and she never seemed to sleep on the bottom bunk.
From junior high school, when she started living in a dormitory, until the end of university, she doesn't recall ever having anyone share a lower bunk.
Therefore, she really didn't take that little bit of height seriously.
But since Zhang Qinghua feels sorry for her, then... let him feel sorry for her.
After tidying up the remaining things, Song Lili sat down below, resting her chin on her hand as she watched Zhang Qinghua make the bed.
She looked just like a little girl.
When Zhang Qinghua turned around, he saw her like this, and suddenly he remembered the time before Song Lili married him.
At that time, it seemed that she often appeared before him so charmingly, like an elf.
Almost ten years have passed, and she is still the same.
Aside from the tenderness that comes with motherhood, she seemed unchanged; she was still as beautiful as ever, still the pretty and lovely girl in his heart.
It's still the same girl who made his heart flutter before.
"What's wrong?" Song Lili asked, somewhat puzzled, noticing Zhang Qinghua staring at her.
"It's nothing..." Zhang Qinghua smiled and turned back to continue making the bed.
He would keep these thoughts to himself and wouldn't tell Song Lili.
Song Lili didn't pursue the matter; perhaps he just wanted to laugh, so he laughed.
Aside from carrying things, Zhang Qingguo didn't lift a finger; he just played with Xiao Hui.
He looked around Zhang Qinghua's dormitory and said, "This is slightly better than our dormitory; at least the walls are clean."
His dormitory walls were yellowed, and in some places they were peeling off and falling down.
However, it was cleaned very well.
"This is the environment like everyone else now." (Metropolitan University). They must have tidied things up a bit; the other schools probably just cleaned them up too.
"But it's pretty good too."
People from the countryside are not picky, can get used to living there, and don't complain.
I simply noticed something different, so I spoke out about it. That's all.
Zhang Qinghua was very fast; he finished cleaning in less than half an hour.
"Let us tidy up for you." Zhang Qinghua clapped his hands, looking at his bed with satisfaction.
Song Lili didn't move. "Let's wait a little longer. I reckon Liang Yulin isn't done yet." Going now would just mean waiting anyway.
There are quite a lot of things belonging to Liang Yulin; it's not something that can be sorted out in a short time.
"How about we go out for a walk? Sitting here isn't a solution."
Firstly, their whole family sitting here would disturb Zhang Qinghua's roommates.
Secondly, there are too many people, making this small dormitory feel too crowded and uncomfortable. It's better to go outside and breathe some fresh air.
"Let's go then." Zhang Qinghua was also reluctant to sit and wait here.
Since everyone was unfamiliar with each other, there was nothing to say when we sat down, so we just stared at each other blankly.
It would be better for the whole family to go out together and let the two children see more of the world.
And so, the family happily made that decision.
Three adults and two children strolled leisurely around the campus.
The early spring sky is not yet warm, and when the wind blows, you can still feel the chill.
However, the air outside was fresh, and the two children loved to run around and play happily. Because of running, their little faces were warm and had a rosy hue.
After running for a while, Song Lili called out to them, "Okay, let's walk slowly to Mom's dormitory."
Upon arriving in the capital, she adapted to local customs and decided to change her previous form of address.
Holding the children's hands, we walked down to the dormitory building. By then, the children's sweat had dried, and they wouldn't catch a cold when we went inside.
"Brother, sister-in-law, you two go in, I won't go in," Zhang Qingguo suddenly stopped and said.
“I can’t help if I go in; I’ll just get in the way. So I won’t go in. I’ll wait for you outside.”
The dormitory is so small, and there are already several people in it. If a few more are added, there probably won't be any room to stand.
