Officer Tian couldn't stand her words. He knew that Su Yu was probably laughing smugly inside, and only a fool like Lao Gao would believe that.

The workers paid to build houses, and the factory returned the houses to the workers. Eventually, the factory also built houses, and the workers' housing problem was solved. There was no exploitation of the workers involved.
