Chapter 331 The two lawyers they hired seem a bit unreliable.
The woman who came in was in her thirties and had maintained a fairly good figure.
She just seems a bit short; even wearing high heels, she's only the same height as Zou Wenjuan when she's wearing flats.
The first impression is that they are very rude, making a lot of noise when they come in. After all, a fashion store is a public place.
The man behind the woman appeared to be around forty or fifty years old, dressed in a suit, and looked quite refined.
Two bodyguards in uniform suits stood at the door. One was watching Xing Baohua's guards on the street, while the other was watching Xing Baohua's direction.
When Zou Wenjuan finished changing her clothes and handed the dress to the shop assistant to be packaged, the woman strode up to the assistant and loudly questioned her, "This is mine! I saw it first! Why did you sell it to this bitch?"
Being insulted for no reason is never pleasant for anyone! Besides, Zou Wenjuan is no nobody, and she would immediately retort, "You damn bastard."
The shop assistants were dumbfounded! Xing Baohua didn't want things to escalate further. After all, Zou Wenjuan was a public figure, and it would be so undignified for her to argue with someone in public! If the media reported on it, it would damage her image.
Xing Baohua told the shop assistant to quickly wrap it up, since the transaction was already complete and the item was now his personal property.
The clerk quickly packed the items and handed them to Xing Baohua. The woman hurriedly said, "If you don't want to die in Los Angeles, put these things down for me."
Good heavens, isn't this a bit too outrageous?
Xing Baohua didn't put the dress down, and asked the woman, "Who are you?"
Then she turned to the man and asked, "And who are you?"
The man shook his head slightly, indicating that he did not want to talk.
Xing Baohua said to Zou Wenjuan, "Put on a mask and sunglasses."
After saying that, he reached into his pocket for his phone to call the police. Once the police arrived, they would know the other party's information, and the rest could be handled by a lawyer.
There are two types of people in America who are particularly sensitive to being picked up by someone's pocket: police officers and bodyguards.
The bodyguard who was watching Xing Baohua saw Xing Baohua reach into his pocket, and quickly pulled out a dark-looking weapon, pointing it at Xing Baohua.
Xing Baohua's guards outside were also keeping a close watch on the inside, remaining vigilant. They noticed something was amiss when they saw weapons being used inside.
Four or five people quickly pulled out their weapons and pointed them at the bodyguard standing at the door.
The bodyguards at the door didn't even have time to draw their weapons before they were being pointed at through the glass.
Who knows if the glass is bulletproof? So I was too scared to move.
Xing Baohua's guards yanked open the door and rushed inside.
They all rushed in, pointing their weapons at the man, the woman, and even pointing guns at Xing Baohua's bodyguard's head.
Everything happened very quickly. If the bodyguard at the door had been more professional and reacted more quickly, the situation might have been different.
Xing Baohua said to Zou Wenjuan, "You should go to the car and wait for me. It's not comfortable for you to stay here!"
Xing Baohua walked up to the man and asked, "Now can you tell me who you are?"
“George, Saint Phil,” the man said.
Xing Baohua then looked at the woman and asked George, "Who is she?"
"My girlfriend, Carey Fisher."
Xing Baohua could only shake his head; he had never heard of either of them. Only then did he take out his phone to call the police.
He was wondering whether he should call Citibank or Morgan Stanley.
After thinking about it, I decided to call Morgan Stanley. In the US, Morgan Stanley's power far surpasses that of Citibank.
Calling Morgan means finding a lawyer, a famous lawyer.
He briefly explained the situation and hoped a lawyer could come and help him as soon as possible.
The J-Car from Los Angeles arrived quickly, in about five minutes.
Xing Baohua's guards subdued the burly bodyguard who posed a threat, forcing him to lie on the ground, and confiscated his weapons.
While waiting for the police to arrive, George Saint-Fell said to Xing Baohua, "Buddy, I think there's a misunderstanding here. How about we leave? I'll give you my lawyer's phone number. If you have any losses or demands, you can ask him for them. How about that?"
"Let's wait until the police arrive before we talk about it," Xing Baohua said, barely paying him any attention.
It seems that Carey Fisher also realized he'd messed up. But seeing that Xing Baohua was Asian, he only assumed he was rich.
He said, "Young man, I'll give you ten thousand knives, and this matter will be over."
Xing Baohua just smiled when he heard that. Over ten thousand? Who does that look down on?!
After J discovered this, he began investigating, taking statements and such.
Goodness, the tone suddenly shifted, and it became Xing Baohua and his gang bullying people.
Fortunately, the shop assistant gave a truthful account of what happened, which was fairly accurate.
George called his lawyer using the shop's landline, and his lawyer was the first to arrive.
During the lawyer's private questioning of the store clerk, the clerk suddenly changed his testimony.
Originally, Xing Baohua had planned to give the shop assistant a small tip afterward, but now she didn't need to, and the shop assistant would cause her trouble later.
Xing Baohua and his bodyguards had their weapons confiscated by the police and were taken to the Los Angeles Police Department for further investigation.
However, George, Fisher, and their two bodyguards actually left!
Xing Baohua protested, but it was clearly ineffective.
They could only wait for his lawyer to arrive. They had just arrived at the police station when the lawyer Morgan had hired arrived.
Robert Kardashian, this is the name Xing Baohua mentioned when introducing himself to his lawyer.
The first part of the name is very common, but why does the name Kardashian always remind us of the word "Kim" in front of it?
