The whole thing started simply; it was a story of a power struggle.
Because of the power struggle, all of Nikon's senior executives were replaced. Xing Baohua promoted a man named Noi Sansho without the approval of the board of directors, replacing Minami Kazuo, who was under investigation.
Kazuo Minamida was at least a member of the board of directors, while Misaki Noi was just a nobody who didn't own any shares. Nikon has plenty of people like that.
