The report was full of code, which Commander Zhao couldn't understand either. He waited in surprise for Xing Baohua to explain it to him.
"This is because we just went to the US and turned off their GPS satellites. Now all ships using GPS at sea, including fleets, are completely blind and are just going around in circles."
Commander Zhao stared wide-eyed and asked, "Such a big thing, and you didn't report it?"
"Isn't our satellite team at the cave base watching those two doing drills? Isn't this essentially a report?"
Commander Zhao waved his hand to stop Xing Baohua from speaking, and said, "Let me sort this out first. The satellite team has detected someone cracking the code and is tracing the source of the crack."
Xing Baohua nodded, but still didn't say anything.

"You acted first and reported later! Didn't you just take advantage of the situation and steal something from them?"
Xing Baohua shook his head slightly. Stealing something on the sly is easy, but it's too dangerous, and it could easily push the Americans too far.
