As for the direction of new energy, Xing Baohua will not consider it for the time being. Batteries have been developed for more than a hundred years, but there has been no major breakthrough. This thing is not only expensive but also time-consuming.
The investment was huge, but the results were minimal. With that energy, Xing Baohua would be better off developing some new gadgets for other electronic products.
The hype surrounding graphene alone is huge; misapplying graphene for civilian use is just asking for trouble.
Surprisingly, quite a few people believed it. Xing Baohua recalled a car club that had come up with some new gadgets, mainly promoting a high-tech product: graphene engine oil.
Normally, you only need to change the engine oil every three to five thousand kilometers, but if you use engine oil containing graphene materials, you only need to change it every thirty to fifty thousand kilometers.
During the presentation, they did a small experiment with some kind of machine, I don't know what it was, something like an anti-wear machine. They compared traditional engine oil with graphene engine oil, which was quite impressive at the time, and later felt a bit like magic.
Many people placed orders at the time, but no one knew if the effect would be good or not. Xing Baohua then wore it, and many people fell into the trap.
Graphene does have a wide range of applications, but its research and development requires a huge investment, and it's far from being purely commercially viable. Most products contain only a small amount of graphene, yet the market is already hyping up graphene-based products. The goal is to recoup some of the money spent and make up for the shortfall.
Batteries from well-known brands are originally lead-acid batteries. After adding graphene, their size and weight don't change much, and they still have the same amperage, but they are said to be able to travel further.
Please, just use a formula to calculate it. The electric vehicle's motor power and battery amperage will tell you how many kilometers it can travel.
A 500-watt motor and four 20-amp-hour batteries (48 volts each) provide a range of approximately 30 kilometers. A better controller would allow it to travel up to 40 kilometers. However, even at 40 kilometers, it cannot run at full speed; it needs to maintain a steady pace.
To travel further, you'll need to replace the battery with a larger one, such as a 32 amp-hour battery, and increase the number of batteries to 60 volts.
This increases the cost, and if the voltage is different, the controller also needs to be replaced.
So, does a certain brand of battery actually contain graphene? Perhaps, but very little; the main material is still lead-acid. If batteries with added graphene were better, those famous car manufacturers wouldn't be promoting lithium batteries.
Xing Baohua felt that he could first put up a false front and fool as many people as he could, but he still needed to invest money in the graphene field. Since he had already cooperated with major departments such as the General Armament Department and AVIC, he could also bring out some new things. Maybe their research and development was better than his.
Now, looking at the major projects he has, they are all very expensive. Although he made a lot of money off the Japanese, he did so quite ruthlessly, which prevented him from making money there for the next year or two. But it's good that he can give the Japanese a break.
I suddenly remembered Mitsui Fujisaburo. I wonder how he's doing.
Mitsui Tousaburo became a citizen of Singapore through investment. For safety reasons, he did not live in Singapore immediately, but instead went to live in Johor Bahru. His family kept a low profile and rarely went out.
The Filipino maid handles grocery shopping and other errands. The living environment is quite nice, located in an affluent area, so safety is relatively guaranteed.
However, he still grumbled about the security situation in Malaysia, noting that his Filipino maid was robbed eight times a week just for going out to buy groceries. This led Mitsui Fujisaburo to suspect that his Filipino maid was colluding with local indigenous people to swindle him out of his money.
If you live there for a while longer or go out a few times yourself, you'll understand just how chaotic Malaysia is.
It's best to travel in groups; if you're traveling alone, you're likely to get robbed several times along the way.
There was another news story recently about a low-ranking police officer who, after work, took off his clothes and went to commit robbery. He snatched a backpack from a Chinese tourist, and was caught on camera by an AFP reporter. With photos and a reporter present, the local police felt embarrassed and solved the case very quickly.
Since he was an insider, his colleagues recognized him immediately from the photo. When the story was finally published, even the director of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television had to issue an apology.
What if it hadn't been captured by an AFP reporter?
Therefore, when going out in Malaysia, it's best to avoid going out alone in the late afternoon or evening. You can drive, but avoid strolling or running.
After dismissing his three Filipino maids, Mitsui Fujisaburo was still robbed, and he felt that someone was targeting him, so he took his family and ran back to Singapore.
There are quite a few Japanese people in Singapore, and there are even special schools for Japanese students. Mitsui Tousaburo is also a restless person, and he feels a bit relaxed in the safe city.
I've spent a lot of the money I've earned, and I can't just sit around and do nothing.
Working for someone else always exposes your identity. If I were to work on my own, I wouldn't know what industry to choose for a while. I'd like to ask Xing Baohua, this big shot, for advice.
Some were even afraid that Xing Baohua would also kill him. Look at those senior executives of Huaba, they were all killed, and it was a complete wipeout. It can be seen that Xing Baohua is very ruthless.
If he contacts Xing Baohua and lets his gang from his hometown track him down, Xing Baohua will not hesitate to wipe out his entire family without any regard for personal feelings or relationships.
Although Singapore is small, it boasts a world-class financial market. Mitsui Tousaburo read a lot of information about stocks, futures, and precious metals futures in the newspapers.
So I thought I'd take out some money and play around with it; maybe I could earn some living expenses.
People in the financial services industry are most averse to getting involved in the business themselves.
Mitsui Fujisaburo is a broker who makes a living by buying and selling information and reselling client accounts. Only after following Xing Baohua did he have the opportunity to make a little money by hitching a ride.
Thinking himself knowledgeable, he invested ten million US dollars, only to see everything he bought plummet in three days.
Ten million US dollars, and more than five million were trapped.
Fortunately, he knew the rule against going all-in. Whether fate was playing a cruel joke on him or not, he was incredibly unlucky.
The money I've earned is slipping away little by little. Although I can still hold on, I'm starting to panic.
