Cai Wenliang looked at Li Yaxi in surprise.

"Xiao Xi? Why are you back now? Don't you have two classes this afternoon? What's wrong? Are you feeling unwell? Have you eaten?"

Li Yaxi nodded as she walked upstairs. "I've eaten. I'm tired, I want to sleep for a while."

Cai Wenliang looked at him with concern, and upon hearing the door close, he turned and, with a cold and aloof expression, questioned the bodyguard who had followed him back.

"What happened?"

One of the bodyguards bowed slightly. "That person came to harass the young master again today."

Cai Wenliang frowned, a hint of coldness in his eyes.

Li Yaxi lay on the bed with a headache. He was not good at scheming and intrigue, and he would definitely be no match for Han Weiming if he were to fight against that kind of person.

However, if they don't fight back and he keeps pestering them like this, Feng Zihao will be the one who suffers the most.

He couldn't let Feng Zihao make enemies of such dangerous people for his sake.

Cai Wenliang knocked on the door, but no one answered for a while, so he gently pushed the door open and went in.

Seeing Li Yaxi sleeping soundly on the bed, he quietly walked over, picked up the blanket next to him, and gently covered Li Yaxi with it.

Even with the slightest movement, Li Yaxi woke up. Seeing the person standing by the bed, she was still dazed for a long time.

Cai Wenliang sat down and tightened his clothes. "Are you hungry? If you are, we can eat early. Dad has a dinner party tonight, so he won't be back!"

Li Yaxi nodded, got out of bed, and swayed due to dizziness.

Cai Wenliang quickly helped him up, asking, "Xiao Xi, what's wrong? Are you feeling unwell?"

Li Yaxi shook her head and rubbed her forehead.

"No, I'm a little dizzy from sleeping too long. I'll go wash up and come down in a bit."

Li Yaxi slowly got up, and Cai Wenliang followed him, afraid that he would lose his balance.

Li Yaxi washed her face and looked at her pale complexion in the mirror, feeling a slight sense of worry.

Why is it that even though he planted vegetables and nurtured jade, the space still devours his spiritual power?

Li Yaxi sighed softly and went downstairs.

The food was already on the table. Li Yaxi glanced at the time; it was only 5:30.

I probably knew he hadn't eaten much at noon, which is why I prepared dinner so early. Sometimes, warmth seeps into people's hearts unknowingly through small things.

Although Li Yaxi didn't have much of an appetite, she still ate slowly.

"Xiao Xi, don't worry about that kind of person. I'll take care of him for you."

Li Yaxi focused on eating what was in her bowl, but after two bites, she frowned and stopped eating.

Cai Wenliang looked at him, puzzled. "What's wrong, Xiao Xi? Do you think I'm being nosy? I just want to take care of you and protect you."

Li Yaxi put down his chopsticks, clutched his stomach, and slowly bent over. Cai Wenliang quickly stood up from his chair and went to his side to help him.

"Xiao Xi, are you feeling unwell? Does your stomach hurt?"

Li Yaxi nodded, and Cai Wenliang helped him to the sofa to lean back.

"Uncle Butler, do you have any stomach medicine? Quickly, Xiaoxi seems to be in a lot of pain."

Li Yaxi leaned back silently, her face covered in cold sweat.

Cai Wenliang was so anxious that he was sweating profusely. "Uncle Butler, hurry up!"

The housekeeper brought hot water and pills to the sofa. Li Yaxi drank the medicine and leaned back quietly, waiting for the painkillers to take effect.

Cai Wenliang kept wiping his sweat, his worried gaze never leaving him.

He beckoned to his bodyguard, "Go and call the person outside in."

The bodyguard responded and spoke a few words to the people outside using a pager. The guard outside then walked to a silver sedan and knocked on the window.

Feng Zihao rolled down the window and looked at the Cai family's bodyguards.

He knew these people were hired by Cai Weisen to protect Li Yaxi. If he hadn't happened to witness Li Yaxi arguing with Han Weiming in the school cafeteria and missing her afternoon classes, he wouldn't have spent the whole afternoon guarding outside her door.

"What's up?"

The bodyguard leaned forward slightly. "Young Master, please come in."

Feng Zihao unbuckled his seatbelt, locked the car, and followed the bodyguard into the house.

"Zihao, come quick! Xiaoxi has a terrible stomachache but refuses to go to the hospital. Do you have any ideas?"

Feng Zihao quickly walked a few steps and squatted down in front of Li Yaxi. Seeing her pale face, he felt an overwhelming pang of heartache.

"Ya-Xi... I'm here, Ya-Xi..."

Li Yaxi slowly opened her eyes, raised her hand to touch the thin face in front of her, but stopped halfway, withdrew her hand and turned her head away from him.

Ignoring Li Yaxi's dislike, Feng Zihao picked her up and carried her to the room.

He placed her on the bed and took the hot water bottle handed to him by the housekeeper, placing it on Li Yaxi's stomach to warm it.

Li Yaxi groaned in discomfort with her eyes closed. Feng Zihao lay down next to her and rubbed her hands through her undergarments.

"Ya-Xi, if the pain gets too bad, let's go to the hospital, okay?"

Li Yaxi lay curled up on her side, but did not shake off Feng Zihao's hand, letting him hold her.

"Ya Xi... I miss you so much."

Li Yaxi didn't know whether it was heartache or stomachache, but hearing Feng Zihao's words made her clench in pain.

Feeling the person in his arms stiffen, Feng Zihao hugged them tighter.

"Ya Xi..."

Li Yaxi turned over and snuggled into Feng Zihao's arms, gently grabbing the corner of Feng Zihao's clothes, rubbing against him, and closing her eyes to fall asleep.

As Feng Zihao watched Li Yaxi's movements, the wound in his heart slowly widened, and then, with a mixture of greed, nostalgia, and above all, peace of mind, he closed his eyes.

Cai Wenliang looked at the two people nestled together and gently closed the door.
