☆、Ninety-six、You Never Understood (1913 words)

Knowing that Li Yaxi was almost kidnapped by Han Weiming, the Cai family was furious and began to unite their business forces to completely destroy Han's company.

Although Han Weiming's company is considered a large enterprise, it is still a rising star compared to the Cai family's century-old legacy.

In his previous life, Han Weiming's main source of income was military supplies, while his company was mainly responsible for money laundering.

Li Yaxi took this opportunity to secure this position before him, and now that the Feng family's affairs have just been resolved, there are still some things that cannot be done too excessively.

Han Weiming's confidence stems from his family background and his own abilities. As a young master who has never experienced setbacks since childhood, he naturally gets whatever he wants.

Feng Zihao's current actions, which are essentially a case of harming himself at the expense of his enemies, have caused some turmoil in his company.

The Cai family can be considered a semi-leader in the food industry. They have held many banquets in recent days and reached agreements with some big business owners.

This pressure made it almost impossible for upstart companies like Han Weiming's to survive.

Li Yaxi did not object to Cai's involvement. As long as Han Weiming lost everything and stopped bothering her, she was fine with it!

Wang Liang knew that Han Weiming and Li Yaxi had some past conflicts, but due to certain relationships, he had to remain neutral.

So he took it upon himself to host a banquet, hoping that they could reconcile no matter what the problem was.

Unfortunately, Wang Liang didn't understand that the most complicated thing is feelings.

The bar was noisy and bustling, with colorful lights and various glasses clinking together.

Li Yaxi glared at Wang Liang, blaming him for meddling in other people's business.

Han Weiming, looking rather unwell, drank his wine in silence. Wang Liang had his arm around Han Weiming's shoulder.

"Brother Han, don't be so reserved when you're out having fun! Come on, Ya Xi, come have a drink with Brother Han, what's the big deal?"

Not wanting to embarrass Wang Liang, Li Yaxi raised her glass to Han Weiming, but only took a small sip.

Han Weiming took a deep breath and sat down next to Li Yaxi.

"You're pretty fast! I couldn't catch you last time!"

Li Yaxi snorted coldly, "That's why I told you not to be so self-righteous!"

Han Weiming held his wine glass and looked at him with amusement. "Is that so? Then I need to get to know you better. Little Wanderer, you're really becoming more and more fascinating to me!"

"Hmph, let's see if you have the ability!"

Han Weiming tried to pull Li Yaxi into his arms, but Li Yaxi immediately stood up and dodged him.

Wang Liang looked at him suspiciously. "What's wrong?"

Li Yaxi glared at Han Weiming and said through gritted teeth, "Go dance!"

Everyone present was taken aback. They had known Li Yaxi for quite some time, often dining together, attending parties, and frequenting bars, but Li Yaxi always sat quietly.

He occasionally flirts with girls who come to him, but he has never danced.

Li Yaxi walked onto the stage, lightly gripped the steel pipe with one hand, and walked around it arrogantly twice with a cat-like gait.

They swayed their bodies to the rhythm of the music, spinning and jumping, gripping the steel pipes and swimming like fish.

Her graceful figure, the hem of her clothes being lifted from time to time, and the glimpses of her fair waist, illuminated by the bar's spotlights, were mesmerizing.

The men and women dancing wildly on the dance floor all stopped unconsciously, captivated by Li Yaxi's dance moves.

Han Weiming had never known that Li Yaxi had such a captivating side. In her previous life, Li Yaxi was elegant and quiet. This unexpected dance made him even more reluctant to let go.

Li Yaxi loves racing, loves dancing to the point of sweating, and loves any sport that can make him forget everything.

He returned to the rest area, grabbed his cup, and sat down next to Wang Liang, avoiding Han Weiming.

"Ya Xi, I never knew you could do pole dancing! Did you work dancing in nightclubs? You're so good at it!"

"Do I need that money?"

Li Yaxi was sulking because of Wang Liang's unauthorized actions, and her words were naturally sarcastic.

Wang Liang's decision not to take Li Yaxi's words to heart was actually much better than their previous seemingly polite but actually distant relationship.

The longer Li Yaxi sat, the more she felt something was wrong with her body. It didn't feel like the heat from dancing; it felt more like the heat from being drugged.

He squinted at Han Weiming, who gave him a cryptic smile.

Li Yaxi calmly talked to Wang Liang, bantered with Xu Wen, and played mind games with Tang Qing, showing no sign that she was under the influence of drugs.

As soon as Feng Zihao received Li Yaxi's text message, he practically jumped up and rushed to the bar.

Judging that Feng Zihao had arrived, Li Yaxi excused herself to go to the restroom and left, with Han Weiming following closely behind.

Li Yaxi went straight to a stall in the restroom, and Han Weiming, not worried about her running away, also relieved himself.

But he didn't come out for a long time, so I pushed the door open and went in.

There was no one there, so he quickly turned around and ran out to look for someone.

Only after sensing Han Weiming's departure did Li Yaxi emerge from the space and wash her face with cold water to clear her head.

The bar was crowded, and Li Yaxi hid in the crowd as she walked towards the door.

Seeing Feng Zihao's car parked on the side of the road, Li Yaxi hurriedly ran towards him.

Han Weiming had been standing outside. When he saw Li Yaxi, he hurriedly chased after her, but they were still some distance apart.

Feng Zihao helped Li Yaxi into the car and drove away quickly. Han Weiming tried to get the car and chase after them, but it was too late.

He ripped open his collar, furious, and glared at their departing taillights, gritting his teeth!

Author's note: There's going to be some steamy stuff coming up. Zihao has finally broken his fast! It wasn't easy!
