Chapter 20 The training begins

An Ran hurried into the store and looked at the various men's clothes in the room. An Ran still felt that she liked men's robes. After buying a few robes, An Ran began to shop contentedly.

After shopping for the whole afternoon, Anran bought some men's clothes and some men's hairpins, then bought some food for Xiao Ai and Xiao Huo, and then went home.

After returning home, An Ran couldn't wait to pack a few clothes and put them in the package, and put a few skill books and her favorite beautiful clothes in the space.

Early the next morning, Anran quietly left a letter to say goodbye to her parents and left home towards the outskirts of the city.

Outside the city, An Ran looked up at the sky and curled her lips. It was getting late, and she probably thought her parents had already found the letter she left behind. Although she didn't want this to happen, but... the sadness of separation... she really didn't want to experience it again.

An Ran threw the package into the space, and took Xiao Huo and Xiao Ai with her, and the three of them walked leisurely towards the misty forest.

An Ran met many people during his stay, most of them were mercenaries, who went to the Misty Forest to hunt monsters, but they usually returned in misery. How could monsters be so easy to hunt?

Low-level monsters are not worth much after being hunted. Only those monsters above level four can make people excited. Whether it is the magic core or the fur, they are all in high demand. However, monsters above level four are much stronger than humans of the same level. Even if two level five warriors join forces, it is difficult to kill them. Therefore, there are many people who hold out hope, but there are also many disappointed people.

The Misty Forest, Chaohu Forest and Yanbugui Forest are known as the "Land of Death" because the Misty Forest is filled with fog all year round. The fog becomes thicker as you go to the middle of the forest. Fog is one of the easiest things to hide your whereabouts. All kinds of monsters, ponds, swamps and lakes are hidden in the fog. In the Misty Forest, if you want to see everything clearly, you can only rely on mental power to observe.

An Ran stood at the entrance of the Misty Forest, watching the mercenaries constantly coming in and out of the forest. Most of those who went in were intact, while those who came out had some scars. She couldn't help but frowned, and after watching for a while, she found that most of them were just superficial injuries that could be treated by ordinary surgeons, so she ignored them and turned to walk towards the Misty Forest.

Although An Ran was only seven years old, he was not short because his body had been cleansed by spiritual energy. He was almost the same height as a child of twelve or thirteen years old. However, a little boy, especially one whose clothes did not show that he was from a poor family, appearing alone on the outskirts of the misty forest without any guards was still very eye-catching.

After a while, a tough guy with a very strong body and bare thick arms walked towards An Ran. He looked like a level five warrior.

"Young man, what are you doing here?"

Anran stopped and looked up at the burly man helplessly. Although she was not short, she was still not tall enough in front of an adult.

"I'm here for a reason." After saying that, he walked past the burly man and continued walking forward.

The sturdy man looked at An Ran who ignored him and his anger suddenly rose. He had been observing this young man for a long time. He was weak and had to travel alone without any guards. He thought he was someone who was easy to bully.

He had been in the Misty Forest for a long time. When he first came here, he had planned to go to the forest with a few brothers to kill a few intermediate monsters to earn some money. However, he did not expect that the intermediate monsters were so easy to kill. Several brothers died in the fight with the monsters, and he was the only one who escaped from the Misty Forest with a narrow escape. After leaving the Misty Forest, he was the only one left among his brothers!

It was already frustrating enough, and now I realize I don't have a single copper coin on me, let alone going back to the city to heal my wounds. I thought about robbing a few people for some money, but how many people who come here to hunt World of Warcraft are easy to mess with?!

He circled around the forest for a few times and discovered that the people who came here were all level five or six warriors, and there were even level seven warriors! Finally, a skinny-looking child came, but he didn't expect that a single sentence would trigger the anger that had been pent up for a long time!

"What did you say?! You didn't answer me properly when I asked you a question. Didn't anyone teach you how to talk to your elders?!" The burly man roared and walked towards An Ran.

The commotion here attracted the attention of many people, but no one came to help An Ran. Most of the people who came to the Misty Forest were mercenaries and desperate criminals. They were already used to this. They glanced at the movement here indifferently, then turned their heads and went about their own business.

An Ran saw the burly man walking towards her angrily, and sighed helplessly in her heart: I really don't want to cause trouble. She glanced at the burly man and continued walking forward.

"You little idiot! Did you hear me when I told you to stop?!" The burly man said as he stood in front of An Ran, drew out his sword, and stabbed it directly into the ground beside An Ran.

An Ran's eyes flashed with impatience, and she said to the burly man angrily, "What do you want?!"

The sturdy man didn't notice An Ran's hidden anger at all. After hearing these slightly submissive words, he drew his sword and put it on his shoulder. He laughed and said to An Ran: "I don't want to do anything. I just need money. Take out the valuable things on you and spend them on me!" After saying that, he picked his teeth in a vulgar manner.

An Ran was extremely impatient with this kind of gangster. Listening to the burly man's words of robbery, she curled the corners of her lips, then looked at him with a half-smile and asked, "Are you sure?"

After hearing this, the sturdy man took out his sword and played with it. He looked at An Ran and said, "I don't say anything for sure. If you know what's good for you, take out the valuables quickly, or I'll let you taste my sword! Oh, you have a delicate skin and tender flesh, I guess many dignitaries like you, right?" After saying that, he swept his obscene eyes over An Ran.

An Ran suddenly felt that her dignity was severely violated, and her anger was instantly aroused. Without thinking, she released a fireball at the strong man!

The fireball flew straight towards the burly man's face. He quickly stepped back to avoid it, extremely shocked! He had never expected this kid to be a magician!

Seeing the fireball about to hit his face, the sturdy man quickly raised his knife to dodge, but unfortunately he didn't dodge in time, and the fireball exploded on the top of his head! In an instant, his hair was blown into a mess!

The burly man felt he had never been insulted like this before. The other person was just a child. Although he was a magician, a profession revered by thousands, he had never seen anyone so arrogant! Thinking of the magician's frail body, the burly man rushed directly at An Ran, his hands forming claws, trying to grab An Ran.
