Scammers use the identities of Hong Kong businessmen to commit fraud. There are basically the following modes. The second is to obtain land or loans locally under the name of cooperation with the "government", and then look for real buyers, also taking advantage of the price difference.
These two modes are basically the most common. Of course, there are also some people whose acting skills are so bad that they are just cheating for food, drink and sex.
After listening to Yuan Fangguo's analysis and thinking about what Lin Huayong had said at the dinner table, Li Chunli couldn't help but sigh, "This Hong Kong businessman's business card is really valuable."

After the lively New Year’s Eve dinner, everyone fell into an inexplicable feeling of homesickness.
Yuan Fangguo missed his grandmother, parents, and younger siblings. Li Chunli missed her children. Yang Xuexiu and Gao Dapeng also missed their families.
