Lin Yumei was stunned at first, then shook her head, "They're not coming. My cousin and his girlfriend are coming."
"Your cousin?"
"Yes, he's my uncle's son. He's working in Guangzhou now and just arrived in Chengdu this afternoon." Lin Yumei said with a smile.
After seeing that it was not Lin Yumei's parents who came, Yuan Fangguo couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.
After saying this, Lin Yumei walked out of the box.
This scene happened to be seen by Sun Kejian. Seeing Yuan Fangguo let out a sigh of relief, Sun Kejian couldn't help but pull on his clothes and whispered, "Fangguo, are you a little afraid of your future mother-in-law?"
"Don't talk nonsense." Yuan Fangguo glared at Sun Kejian fiercely.
Sun Kejian covered his mouth and chuckled.
Lin Yumei was out for only about a minute. "Sorry, I have to ask everyone to wait a moment. My cousin won't be here for another ten minutes."
"Then let's sing some more songs." Li Ting suggested.
Lin Yumei nodded and said with a smile, "Yes, your song 'Asian Hero' was very good."
"Then I'll make a fool of myself again?" Li Ting picked up the microphone with a calm and confident look on her face.
"Good." Yuan Fangguo applauded. While applauding, he and Lin Yumei looked at each other and smiled. Both of them had a look that said, "You know what I mean."
Li Ting's voice is really good. After she finished singing the song, everyone applauded even more enthusiastically.
"Yumei, sing a song." Li Ting said as she handed the microphone to Lin Yumei.
Lin Yumei was also very graceful. "Today is my birthday, and I celebrated it early. I'm very happy that my friends came to celebrate this special and memorable birthday with me. After this birthday, I will be nineteen years old, and one year older. Thank you for appearing in my life. Today, I will sing Yang Yuying's "The Wind is Full of Love and the Water is Full of Smiles" for everyone."
"Our Yumei is a well-known sweet song queen in the dormitory." Yang Yang said to Yuan Fangguo, stepping over Sun Kejian.
"I have never heard her sing, and today I have the opportunity to enjoy it." Yuan Fangguo said with a smile.
Lin Yumei cleared her throat, and her sweet singing voice suddenly penetrated through the microphone.

While Lin Yumei was singing, the door of the box was suddenly pushed open and a tall young man walked in. A chuckle suddenly appeared on his face. "My cousin sang well."
Lin Yumei turned her head and saw that it was her cousin Wang Dongyang.
Behind Wang Dongyang was a heavily made-up woman, and the two were holding hands tightly, making it obvious that they were a couple.
After Wang Dongyang came in, Lin Yumei stopped singing. She warmly invited Wang Dongyang and his girlfriend to sit down.
"Sorry, I'm late." Wang Dongyang bowed to everyone present.
"It's okay." The girls were not like the boys who liked to "make things difficult" for the last person to arrive in such occasions. They all smiled slightly.
After sitting down, Wang Dongyang looked at the drink in front of him and suddenly frowned, "Girl, let's drink some drinks tonight."
"Do you drink?" Lin Yumei asked quickly.
"Come on, don't we have two brothers here? Let's just have a bottle of Luzhou Laojiao for the three of us." Wang Dongyang said.
Wang Dongyang was very outgoing. He decisively called the waiter in and brought them a bottle of white wine.
Sun Kejian secretly stuck out his tongue, "My god, he looks like a gangster."
"Can you drink?" Yuan Fangguo also knew that Sun Kejian could only drink a little.
"Two taels is probably fine, but too much would be unbearable."
"It's okay, do what you can. If you really can't do it, just give it to me." Yuan Fangguo said in a low voice.
Sun Kejian nodded and looked at Yuan Fangguo with gratitude.
Wang Dongyang looks careless, but he is well-mannered. Tonight is his cousin's birthday, so he is naturally the host. Therefore, after the waiter brought the wine, he took the initiative to come between Yuan Fangguo and Sun Kejian.
"Two brothers, do you want something white?"
"Thank you, brother. I'm fine with anything." Yuan Fangguo said with a smile.
"Brother, I can't drink much." Sun Kejian looked embarrassed.
"It's a toast to a friend." When Wang Dongyang said this, he deliberately looked at Yuan Fangguo twice. He was sitting next to his cousin and looked almost as handsome as him.
Sun Kejian could not stand Wang Dongyang's deception. After a few bold words, he obediently raised his glass with both hands and watched Wang Dongyang fill his glass with wine.
Yuan Fangguo watched calmly as the nectar slowly flowed from the bottle into the glass.
The three of them just finished sharing a bottle of Luzhou Laojiao.
"Girl, let's start." The air conditioning and heating in the room were quite sufficient. After pouring the wine, Wang Dongyang took off his coat and said to Lin Yumei.
Lin Yumei nodded and stood up with a smile.
Everyone stood up.
After some opening remarks, the girls including Lin Yumei took a sip of juice, while Yuan Fangguo, Wang Dongyang and Sun Kejian each took a sip of white wine.
Sun Kejian had a complicated expression on his face when he drank the white wine. Looking at Wang Dongyang, he couldn't help but smile faintly in his heart.
Perhaps because of the presence of her cousin Wang Dongyang, Lin Yumei's friends and classmates became much more well-behaved when they toasted her. They no longer brought up Yuan Fangguo as they did before. What if the news of this got through Wang Dongyang to Lin Yumei's parents?
