After Huang Xiangui learned Yuan Fangguo's location over the phone, he asked him to stay where he was and he would go to find him immediately.
Every leader who takes office basically brings his own confidants with him. Huang Xiangui is no exception. When he moved from Ya City to Heihai County to take up the post of County Public Security Bureau, he brought a college student who had just graduated two years ago with him.
After finishing the call with Yuan Fangguo, Huang Xiangui immediately made another call.
"Ask Chen Feng to come to my office now."
In less than a minute, there was a knock on Huang Xiangui's office door.
"Come in." Huang Xiangui said loudly.
A young yet mature and steady face appeared in his sight.
"Director Huang, are you looking for me?"
"Yes, this morning."
"He's coming?"
"Here we are! Change into plain clothes immediately. We will meet at the entrance of the police station in ten minutes," Huang Xiangui ordered.
Chen Feng nodded and walked out quickly.
There is a small bedroom in Huang Xiangui's office. When he has nothing to do at noon on weekdays, he will take a nap there. After watching Chen Feng leave, he hurried into the small bedroom and changed his grass-green police uniform into plain clothes.
Before going out, Huang Xiangui thought about it and decided to take his gun with him.
After finding his service pistol in the safe and checking whether the safety was secure, Huang Xiangui threw the pistol directly into his briefcase.

Yuan Fangguo waited there for nearly twenty minutes before Huang Xiangui came over with Chen Feng.
After exchanging glances, Huang Xiangui and the others got into the car.
Under Huang Xiangui's command, Yuan Fangguo drove the car to a ridge in the suburbs and stopped.
"Xiao Yuan, let's talk here." Huang Xiangui said as he took out a map of Heihai County from his briefcase and roughly pointed out the black coal mines they currently knew about on the map to Yuan Fangguo.
"Like the illegal coal mines you are suspecting now, as far as I know, there are two illegal black coal mines in Dahai Township that are very suspicious." Huang Xiangui said as he moved his finger to the location of Dahai Township.
"Dahei Township is the most remote township, and the people there are even more sturdy. These two coal mines are located in very dangerous terrain, where one man can hold a thousand men back. A few years ago, when I was at the Municipal Bureau, the phenomenon of buying wives in Dahei Township was very common, and basically, the young wives bought there could not escape, because there is only one way out of Dahei Township, and the rest of the area is vast primeval forest. Yuan Fangguo watched, listened and thought. Although he couldn't tell anything from the map, just from the geographical color coding, he could feel that the natural conditions in Dahai Township might be even worse than Huang Xiangui said.
He also suddenly understood from the bottom of his heart why Liu Wenbo and Tian Ying had disappeared since they entered those illegal coal mines.

"Xiao Yuan, I'm letting Chen Feng go with you this time. He graduated from the Public Security University and was awarded a third-class merit while in school. He took out a cigarette, lit it up, took a deep puff, and then called Chen Feng down.
Huang Xiangui walked to the back of the Crown car, took out his service pistol from his briefcase where Yuan Fangguo couldn't see, and gave Chen Feng a look.

Chen Feng hid his pistol and opened the passenger door as if nothing had happened.
