After quickly washing the dishes, Wang Hu hurriedly left Zhang Feng's place and rushed to Yu Hui's luxurious villa. As soon as he stepped through the villa's gate, the scene before him stunned him—Yu Hui was sitting on the sofa breastfeeding her child. Her snow-white skin was faintly visible, and Wang Hu involuntarily swallowed, his gaze fixed intently on her.
Yu Hui keenly sensed Wang Hu's ill-intentioned gaze and immediately became vigilant. She frowned and said in a stiff tone, "What are you doing here? I'm warning you, don't get any funny ideas, not a chance!" However, Wang Hu acted as if he hadn't heard her, shamelessly leaning forward and asking with a grin, "Hey, didn't this little girl always drink formula? Why did she suddenly change her taste?"
Yu Hui rolled her eyes at him and replied irritably, "I deliberately let her go hungry for two meals. She had no choice but to breastfeed." Upon hearing this, Wang Hu's eyes widened, and he roared angrily, "How could you treat a child like this! If hunger affects the child's future growth and development, it will all be your responsibility!"
At first, Yu Hui was touched by Wang Hu's words, mistakenly believing that he genuinely cared for the child. But to her surprise, Wang Hu then gently tapped the child's rosy cheek with his finger, looking at her with a disappointed expression, muttering, "Oh dear, you little rascal, you're so indecisive! If you don't like breast milk, then be firm and let me have it. Your old man loves it!"
Upon hearing this, Yu Hui was so angry that her eyebrows shot up, her beautiful eyes widened, and she gritted her teeth as she cursed, "You, Wang Hu! If I weren't holding the child in my arms and unable to do anything else, I would definitely teach you a lesson! At the very least, I would give you two slaps!"
Just then, the child finished his milk contentedly, his little belly round and plump like a small ball. He swayed gently in Yu Hui's arms, then looked up at Gu Wanghu and sweetly called out, "Daddy." His voice was clear and melodious, like heavenly music.
"Oh, my little darling. You're such a good boy!" Wang Hu smiled broadly, his eyes sparkling with affection. He reached out his strong, powerful arms and carefully cradled the child in his embrace.
Then, without thinking, he leaned down and gently planted a loud kiss on the child's rosy cheek. This unexpected act of affection made the little one giggle, his laughter echoing throughout the room like silver bells.
The morning sunlight streamed through the window, casting dappled patterns of light and shadow on the floor. However, young children often feel sleepy when they wake up early.
After playing with her for a while, the little one's eyelids began to grow heavy, and she soon drifted off to sleep. Seeing her sleeping peacefully, Wang Hu gently carried her to her crib, covered her with a soft blanket, careful not to wake her.
After settling the children in, Wang Hu turned to look at his wife, Yu Hui. Yu Hui was sitting on the edge of the bed, silently expressing milk with a breast pump.
Wang Hu strode over to her side, looked down, frowned, and said, "Oh dear, isn't this a waste?" Without saying a word, he snatched the breast pump from Yu Hui's hand and casually placed it on the table next to her.
He hugged Yu Hui's waist and lowered his head. Yu Hui's face first turned pink, then she became furious.
She had just managed to get her child's taste back on track after much effort, and she wanted to express this little bit of breast milk to save for the child's future needs.
If Wang Hu had messed with them like this, how much would be left? Thinking of this, Yu Hui's eyes widened in anger, and she grabbed Wang Hu's waist tightly with both hands, twisting it hard with all her might.
However, Wang Hu reacted quickly, easily grabbing Yu Hui's hands and preventing her from wriggling any further. Yu Hui was unwilling to be subdued like this and tried to break free, but Wang Hu's strength was too great, and her efforts were in vain.
Immediately afterwards, Wang Hu used his other hand to tightly embrace Yu Hui, holding her firmly in his arms. Their eyes met, and for a moment the atmosphere became somewhat ambiguous and tense.
The child was sleeping soundly, curled up on the bed like a cute little kitten, breathing evenly. Yu Hui looked at the child's peaceful sleeping face, her heart filled with love, but at the same time she felt very annoyed with Wang Hu next to her.
She wanted to give Wang Hu a good scolding, but she was afraid that the loud noise would wake the child, so she could only suppress her anger, lean close to Wang Hu's ear, and whisper, "You bastard! Leave some for the child!" However, when Wang Hu heard this, it was interpreted differently. He felt that it was not a reprimand, but rather a subtle encouragement.
Wang Hu's lips curled into a sly smile before he lowered his head again to continue his struggle with the food. Yu Hui was both angry and anxious, but there was nothing she could do about Wang Hu.
Just then, a soft sound of a door being pushed open rang out, and Meng Zhiyun and Chen Linlin walked in hand in hand. Their faces were beaming with sweet smiles. Seeing Yu Hui and Wang Hu's appearance as soon as they entered, they couldn't help but ask curiously, "What are you two doing?"
Chen Linlin and Meng Zhiyun stared wide-eyed at the two of them, as if trying to find the answer from their expressions and actions. Yu Hui's face instantly turned bright red. She was already angry because Wang Hu had taken the child's food, and now being caught in this scene made her extremely embarrassed.
No longer caring about waking the child, she pointed at Wang Hu and cursed angrily, "You bastard! You have to fight with the child for food! I went to great lengths to make the food to your liking, and what do you do..." At this point, Yu Hui was so angry that she couldn't speak.
