I thought to myself, since I won't have to do anything myself in the end, and I can just hire someone to handle everything, I might as well let her do as she pleases and buy whatever she wants! So I followed her back to the sales office.
Upon arriving at the sales office, I handed the keys to Li Jiaohui. At that moment, the sales manager greeted us with a broad smile, saying enthusiastically, "Sir, Madam, congratulations on becoming our most distinguished homeowners! Rest assured regarding the property certificate, we will definitely deliver it to you before the end of the day!"
Upon hearing this, Wang Hu casually waved his hand and replied, "I'm hardly a homeowner; this house was bought specifically for her!"
In truth, the sales manager knew perfectly well that although the purchase contract was signed in Li Jiaohui's name, the one who actually paid was the wealthy and powerful Wang Hu. Moreover, Wang Hu had driven a top-of-the-line luxury car worth 15 million! Therefore, a few appropriate compliments would definitely not be wrong!
The manager maintained his bright smile and continued, "Mr. Wang, you and Ms. Li look like a loving couple! In that case, you are naturally one of our esteemed homeowners!"
Upon hearing this, Wang Hu smiled slightly but said nothing more. The manager then exchanged a few more pleasantries with them before seeing them out of the sales office. As soon as they stepped outside, Li Jiaohui, like a joyful little bird, tightly clung to Wang Hu's arm.
Wang Hu turned to look at the beautiful woman beside him and asked softly, "Darling, should we go back to our old place to pack our bags and move here, or should we buy new household items here?"
Li Jiaohui answered without hesitation, "How can we waste them? Those things are perfectly fine, why throw them away!"
Wang Hu nodded in agreement: "Okay, let's set off to move now!" After saying that, the two of them got into the car together and sped off towards their old home.
Wang Hu initially thought there wouldn't be much stuff in the house, since it didn't look particularly spacious from the outside. However, when he started helping to tidy up, he was surprised to find that the two sisters' clothes alone filled five or six large boxes, not to mention all sorts of other items.
Faced with such a huge workload, Wang Hu secretly groaned, thinking that he definitely couldn't handle it all by himself.
After some thought, he finally decided to call a moving company to help with the transport. For him, carrying all that heavy and numerous luggage himself would be far too tedious and strenuous.
After everything was packed and loaded into the car, Wang Hu drove her towards the seaside villa. Upon arrival, the two spent considerable time unpacking and putting away their clothes and other belongings.
Before they knew it, the clock had struck five in the afternoon. Just then, she appeared, dressed in a stunning long dress, holding a delicate camera, and walked up to Wang Hu with a beaming smile, asking, "Darling, could you take a few pictures of me?"
Wang Hu looked up at her attire and frowned, asking worriedly, "Honey, aren't you cold dressed like that? It's the dead of winter!"
Especially when a gentle breeze blows by, the slightly chilly sea breeze hits your face, making you shiver involuntarily. Li Jiaohui, who was standing on the balcony admiring the scenery, was suddenly made to shiver by the sea breeze.
Seeing this, Wang Hu quickly pulled her inside and found a thick coat for her to put on. "Honey, you have to take care of yourself if you want to take pictures," Li Jiaohui said, sticking out her tongue. "I just want to take some pretty pictures to remember this."
Wang Hu smiled helplessly, "Then let's change into warmer clothes before going out to shoot." Li Jiaohui obediently changed into thicker clothes and came back to the balcony.
Wang Hu picked up his camera and started taking pictures of her. Li Jiaohui struck various poses, her face beaming with a happy smile. After the photos were taken, the two sat down on the sofa to rest, embracing each other.
Suddenly the doorbell rang; it was the property management company delivering the property certificate. Wang Hu was overwhelmed with emotion as he took the certificate. Li Jiaohui, on the other hand, curiously examined it.
"This will be our home from now on," Wang Hu said gently.
"Mmm, it feels like a dream," Li Jiaohui said, leaning against Wang Hu's chest.
As dusk settled outside, a golden shimmer appeared on the sea. Gazing at the beautiful scenery outside the window, she was filled with anticipation for a bright future.
Every day she spent with Wang Hu was filled with surprises. Hearing Wang Hu's words, she realized it was indeed a bit cold, but still insisted, "Oh dear, now that you mention it, it really is a bit cold! But it's okay, let's quickly take a couple of photos and then go inside!"
Wang Hu nodded helplessly, picked up his camera, and carefully took two photos of her. But after he finished, she leaned over to look at them and wasn't satisfied. She pouted and complained, "Hmph, why did you take such ugly pictures of me! No, no, take a few more!"
Oh dear, there's really no other way! Wang Hu, in a moment of inspiration, pulled out his phone and quickly searched online for photography tips and techniques. His eyes widened as he carefully read and compared the information on the screen, ready to show off his skills.
It was already close to four or five in the afternoon, a beautiful moment when the sun was setting and its afterglow was spreading across the earth. Wang Hu had a sudden inspiration and, following a trick he had learned online, gently guided her to the railing on the second floor and had her lean against it.
