When Liu Qingqing returned home, she stormed into her room, furious, and began pounding her soft pillow while cursing, "You stinking Wang Hu, you dead Wang Hu, you womanizing bastard!"
Just as they were getting into a heated argument, Liu Qingqing's mother walked in. It turned out that after Liu Qingqing broke up with her boyfriend Xiaofeng over the phone, Xiaofeng had come to their house looking for her, but Liu Qingqing had chosen to avoid him.
At this moment, Liu Qingqing's mother frowned as she looked at her daughter's distraught state and said, "You broke up with Xiaofeng, it wasn't because of that Wang Hu, was it? You need to think this through. You're two or three years older than him, and he's handsome and rich. Why would he be interested in you?" After saying this, Liu Qingqing's mother shook her head and turned to leave the room.
At first, Liu Qingqing thought her mother's words made sense, but after thinking about it, she still felt that she couldn't give up. If she were to find another man now, she would inevitably compare him to Wang Hu!
Wang Hu drove his Land Rover at breakneck speed, sparks flying and lightning flashing as he made his way to the city center. He then parked the car smoothly in front of the auto mall and quickly pulled out his phone to call Liu Jie.
The call was answered quickly, and Wang Hu said impatiently, "Baby, didn't we agree that I would take you to buy new clothes? I'm already at the entrance of the car market, hurry up and come out!"
However, Liu Jie was nervously looking down, her eyes fixed on her son who was eating heartily. So focused on her child, she didn't even hear the phone ring, and secretly breathed a sigh of relief. Then, she snapped at Wang Hu on the other end of the line, "Hmph, you just wait there!" and hung up without hesitation.
After hanging up the phone, Liu Jie didn't get up and leave immediately. Instead, she gently urged her son to finish the rest of his meal. After he finished eating, she quickly cleared away the dishes and went into the kitchen to wash them carefully.
After washing the dishes, Liu Jie turned back to the living room, carefully helped her son choose and put on a nice and handsome outfit, and finally picked up his cute little backpack before preparing to go out.
Liu Jie went downstairs and called out to her husband, who was sitting at the cashier reading a newspaper, "Let's go, let's take our son to kindergarten together." The three of them then got into their car and slowly drove out of their home. Meanwhile, Wang Hu stood anxiously at the entrance of the car dealership, looking rather foolish.
Time ticked by, and an hour passed in the blink of an eye, but Liu Jie still hadn't appeared. Just as Wang Hu was filled with suspicion, he suddenly saw a familiar white Toyota sedan drive out of the car dealership. Upon closer inspection, he saw that the driver was Liu Jie's husband. Seeing the two chatting and laughing through the window, Wang Hu instantly realized—he'd been tricked!
Somewhat annoyed, Wang Hu had just gotten into his car, his hands already on the steering wheel, ready to start the engine and leave this frustrating place. Just then, out of the corner of his eye, he saw the familiar Toyota slowly pull up. The window rolled down, and Liu Jie seemed to whisper something to her husband before getting out of the car.
Wang Hu's gaze was involuntarily drawn to her, his eyes fixed on Liu Jie's every move. Liu Jie walked gracefully towards him with light, swaying steps. Each step seemed to tug at Wang Hu's heartstrings, making his heart race. Finally, Liu Jie reached Wang Hu's car, opened the passenger door, and elegantly got in.
Wang Hu's eyes widened as he glared at Liu Jie beside him, and he roared indignantly, "How dare you play me like this?" He never expected that he would be so easily fooled by this woman.
Liu Jie, however, didn't seem to care. She merely rolled her eyes at him and casually replied, "Who's messing with you? Didn't I already tell you to wait? Besides, I have to get my son to school first; it's a mother's responsibility. Okay, enough talk, let's get going. Didn't you say you'd pay for my clothes? Today you're going to have to pay a hefty price!" She finished with a sly smile.
Actually, Liu Jie knew perfectly well that she was deliberately playing tricks on Wang Hu. She called Wang Hu early in the morning, calling him "Baby!" in a sweet, coquettish voice. Luckily, her husband didn't hear it, otherwise there would have been a huge uproar.
However, the thought of how easily Wang Hu had fallen for her trick filled Liu Jie with secret smugness. Especially recalling how Wang Hu had dared to kiss her the day before yesterday, she secretly vowed, "Today, I'll teach this guy a lesson he won't forget, and see if he dares to be so disrespectful to me again!"
