Wang Hu gently took Lin Xiaoxuan's soft little hand, kissed it lightly, and then asked with eyes full of affection, "My dear baby, where do you want to go play today?"
Upon hearing his question, Lin Xiaoxuan's happy face instantly fell. She pouted her rosy lips and complained coquettishly, "Hmph, have you forgotten? You clearly promised to take me to Disneyland. You're not thinking of going back on your word, are you?"
Wang Hu quickly waved his hand and explained, "Oh dear, my little darling, don't be angry. Look, it's already 2 PM. If we set off for Shanghai now, even if everything goes smoothly, we probably won't arrive until 5 PM. By then, Disneyland might already be closed!"
Lin Xiaoxuan, however, didn't take it seriously. She blinked her big, bright eyes and confidently retorted, "It won't take as long as you say! We can just take a plane, and it'll only take 30 minutes to get to Shanghai!"
Wang Hu looked bewildered, scratching his head in confusion and muttering to himself, "Ningbo has an airport? How is that possible..." He simply couldn't recall when Ningbo had ever had one. After all, he had first flown from Zhengzhou to Hangzhou before finally arriving in Ningbo. If he had known Ningbo had an airport, he wouldn't have gone through all that trouble!
Seeing Wang Hu's bewildered expression, Lin Xiaoxuan burst into laughter, as if she had discovered a new continent. Clutching her stomach, she exclaimed with uncontrollable mirth, "Hahahaha, so you had no idea Ningbo had an airport! That's hilarious! Ningbo has always had an airport, though it started as a small civilian airport. About ten years ago, it was upgraded and transformed into the large-scale international airport it is today! You didn't even know something so important? It's truly astonishing!" Lin Xiaoxuan then chuckled again, as if this were the funniest joke in the world.
"Outrageous! How dare you mock me! Behold my invincible Dragon Claw Hand!" Wang Hu's face turned fierce as he lunged at Lin Xiaoxuan with both hands like a whirlwind, unleashing his fearsome tickling technique.
"Hahahaha... I know I was wrong, please stop!" Lin Xiaoxuan was tickled so badly that tears were almost streaming down her face, and she kept begging Wang Hu for mercy. Wang Hu, on the other hand, stopped his actions triumphantly, like a victorious general.
After some twists and turns, the two finally arrived in Shanghai. It was past five o'clock, and although the sky was not completely dark, it was noticeably getting gloomy, as if a huge gray curtain was slowly descending.
To put it in perspective, the flight to this place only takes thirty minutes, but driving to the airport took more than forty minutes. And after finally arriving at the airport, buying a ticket took a full hour, and even then, it was only by paying extra!
As the two walked out of the airport, watching the sky gradually darken, Wang Hu couldn't help but reach out and gently pinch Lin Xiaoxuan's rosy cheek, saying with a hint of reproach, "I'm telling you, why did you have to choose such a late hour to come to Shanghai Disneyland? Do you think it'll even be open right now?"
However, Lin Xiaoxuan pouted and replied with a haughty expression, "Hmph! What do you know? I'll show you how beautiful Disneyland is at night in a bit!"
She slapped Wang Hu's hand away without hesitation, lightly jumped, and landed steadily on Wang Hu's broad back, saying coquettishly, "Oh dear, I'm a little tired, you can carry me!"
Wang Hu carried her on his back and slowly walked out of the airport terminal. His steps were steady and light. After reaching the roadside, Wang Hu quickly hailed a taxi and gave his destination—Disneyland.
The car sped along and soon arrived at the entrance of Disneyland. Wang Hu was somewhat surprised when he got out of the car; it was still open at this hour!
He thought to himself, "That makes sense. Shanghai is an international metropolis. How could a famous theme park like Disneyland close down so early?" Thinking of this, the corners of his mouth turned up slightly, glad that he had come at the right time.
Even more fortunately, Wang Hu had purchased two VIP tickets in advance, avoiding the long queues. Upon entering the park, the two were immediately captivated by the dazzling and colorful scenery before them.
The sheer variety of exquisite amusement facilities and decorations was dazzling, and Wang Hu couldn't help but sigh at his previous ignorance, realizing he had never witnessed such a wonderful scene before. He even felt that his rebirth was a complete waste; if he had known such beautiful things existed in the world earlier, he would have come to experience them sooner.
As night falls, Disneyland becomes even more vibrant. The spectacular Enchanted Spectacular is underway, with dazzling fireworks bursting in the sky and blazing flames illuminating the night. A mesmerizing water screen intertwines with ever-changing lasers and projections, creating a breathtaking 360-degree immersive experience. In addition, numerous exciting nighttime shows and entertainment programs follow, ensuring every visitor is completely immersed in Disney's unique and magical atmosphere.
Looking at the joyful crowd and beautiful scenery around him, Wang Hu secretly vowed: From now on, he must never devote himself solely to women, but must go out more often to see the world and fully appreciate its beauty!
Ever since stepping through the magical gates of Disneyland, Lin Xiaoxuan's eyes seemed to sparkle with countless stars, her excitement overflowing.
