Wang Hu and Chen Linlin only stayed in Yibin for three days before they started packing their bags, eager to go back. But their grandparents were reluctant to let them go and insisted that they stay a couple more days, as if they wanted to tie them to the house.
Wang Hu stood there, unsure what to do with his hands, his mouth opening and closing repeatedly, completely at a loss for how to refuse. Chen Linlin, with her sharp eyes, immediately noticed his predicament and quickly interjected, "Grandma, we really have some urgent business to attend to. Next time, we'll definitely stay here for a while!"
Once the young couple left, the once lively house suddenly became empty and so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Lin Yuanxing and Lin Xiuzhi also began packing their things, preparing to return to work at the factory.
Little did they know that as soon as they reached the door, Chen Houde caught them and yelled at them: "You two bastards, the money you earn in a month combined isn't even as much as Linlin spent on a hot pot meal for that bodyguard!"

Upon returning to Ningbo, as soon as Wang Hu opened the door, Meng Zhiyun and Zhang Feng rushed over like two cannonballs and surrounded him tightly.
"How was it? Did you get beaten up?" Meng Zhiyun asked curiously, a gloating smile on his face.
Zhang Feng chimed in, her eyes sparkling with the same curiosity.
Wang Hu's face instantly darkened. He glared at the two of them and said irritably, "Can't you two wish me well for once? Why should I get beaten up just because I go there? Let me tell you, not only did I not get beaten up, but I'm doing quite well!"
Meng Zhiyun and Zhang Feng exchanged a glance, their curiosity growing even stronger.
