Wang Hu placed his hands on the third-floor balcony, which was warm from the sun, and gently rubbed his fingertips against it.
Outside the window, the cornfield stretched its waist in the wind, the layers of green leaves surging into waves of jade green, and the sunlight passing through the gaps between the stalks, the shimmering light like silver fish leaping in the water.
The wind, carrying the scent of damp earth and the sweet aroma of straw, swept over us. The entire field seemed to transform into liquid jade, flowing and undulating between heaven and earth, even our breath was tinged with a flowing emerald hue.
Hearing footsteps approaching from behind, Wang Hu turned around.
Shi Yanling leaned against the door frame, her eyes filled with complex emotions.
A misty, reproachful look veiled the joy flickering in her eyes, a mixture of grievance and longing, like shattered stars falling into a deep pool, creating ripples.
Shi Yanling stood at the doorway, gazing at the face she had longed for day and night, her heart churning with turbulent emotions. She bit her lower lip, as if to suppress her excitement, then slowly entered the room, gently closed the door, and locked it from the inside.
Wang Hu wanted to say something, but Shi Yanling was faster than him.
She flew to his side like a light butterfly, wrapped her arms tightly around his neck, and whispered in his ear, "Don't speak, kiss me!"
Wang Hu was caught off guard by this sudden action, but he quickly recovered and hugged the beauty in front of him tightly with his arms like iron clamps, feeling her soft body and warm breath.
His hands, as if driven by instinct, slowly slipped inside her long skirt.
However, just as the two were immersed in the lively atmosphere, a sudden commotion downstairs broke the tranquility. Wang Hu was about to peek out to check what was happening when he heard Feng Fenfen shout, "Wang Hu, come down! Your third uncle is here!"
Wang Hu's heart tightened, and he quickly replied, "Oh! Coming!" He reluctantly let go of Shi Yanling, and looking at her resentful expression, he couldn't help but feel a little guilty.
He gently cupped her face in his hands, kissed her moist lips deeply, and comforted her, "You're not going home today, are you? I'll come find you tonight."
Shi Yanling nodded obediently, a hint of anticipation and joy in her eyes: "Mmm!"
Wang Hu quickly straightened his clothes and then hurried downstairs.
When he went downstairs, he found that not only his third uncle had come, but his grandfather had also come along, and his eldest aunt and youngest aunt were following closely behind.
Wang Hu quickly went up to greet them, "Grandpa, Third Uncle, Eldest Aunt, Youngest Aunt!"
"Hey! Xiaoming!"

"Tiger's back!"

His aunt suddenly asked him, "You're all back now. Didn't Lili and Yuanyuan come back with you?"
Wang Hu was stunned by the question. He hadn't seen Shen Lili and Shen Yuanyuan in Ningbo before, and thought that his two cousins had already returned to their hometown!
Then he turned to Feng Fenfen and asked, "Mom? Are Lili and Yuanyuan still in Ningbo?"
Feng Fenfen said with a look of disgust, "You only found out now that you have two younger cousins? You didn't even know they were lost!"
"I saw that the two of them just played around and were afraid something might happen, so I asked Xiao Shen to arrange jobs for them at your company!"
Wang Hu then asked, "Where do those two live?"
Feng Fenfen said, "Didn't you buy a building to live in as staff dormitories? Those two live there!"
Wang Hu thought about it carefully and realized that Shen Wanqing had indeed told him that she had bought a building. He thought it was an office building at the time, but it turned out to be a residential building!
Then Wang Hu turned to his aunt and asked, "Should we bring them both back?"
His aunt looked at him like he was crazy and asked, "Are you out of your mind? Why aren't they coming back for your third uncle's wedding?"
"oh!"
His aunt slapped him on the shoulder. "Oh what? Hurry up and call them both back. I called them and they said the boss is going to kill me if he doesn't approve!"
"Don't be angry, I'll call right away!"
Wang Hu called Shen Wanqing directly. Shen Wanqing was busy at the time. She picked up the phone and was about to hang up when she saw it was Wang Hu and immediately answered!
"Hey, what's up, boss?"
Wang Hu grimaced at the address. After they became familiar with each other, Shen Wanqing had all sorts of nicknames for him!
Wang Hu complained, "Why didn't you tell me that Shen Lili and Shen Yuanyuan were being assigned to the company?"
"My aunt told me, because you know that!"
Feng Fenfen slapped him on the head, "I told you to get down to business, but you've started chatting away!"
Shen Wanqing heard it too, and quickly covered her mouth to stop herself from laughing!
Wang Hu quickly covered his head and said to Shen Wanqing on the other end of the phone, "Give Shen Lili and Shen Yuanyuan a break and let them come back."
"Please pass on this message for me: your third uncle isn't coming back for his wedding, so all the New Year's money he gave you was for nothing!"
After hanging up the phone with "Okay," Shen Wanqing could no longer suppress her laughter. She was still imagining Wang Hu getting slapped!
After Wang Hu hung up the phone, he found that the elders around him were all excitedly discussing wedding-related matters, and no one was paying attention to him anymore.
He sat quietly to the side, listening to the elders discussing the various details of the wedding, from the time and place of the wedding to the arrangement of the wedding process.
After a heated discussion, the wedding arrangements were finally finalized. By then, time had quietly slipped away, and night was gradually falling.
