Chapter 511 Lingering Aftermath: Deadly Crisis and Bloody Choice

Seeing Luo Zhan's pale face, Meng Wei felt a pang of anxiety. She immediately thought that something might have happened to Wang Hu, so she asked anxiously, "What happened to Brother Wang Hu?"

Luo Zhan's face instantly turned somewhat awkward; he really didn't know how to explain it to Meng Wei. He couldn't very well tell her directly that Wang Hu was making love with another woman in the bathroom! It was simply too embarrassing to talk about.

After hesitating for a while, Luo Zhan finally managed to say, "My boss is fine. He's taking a shower over there and doesn't want anyone to disturb him." After saying that, he ignored Meng Wei and turned to leave.

Meng Wei was skeptical of Luo Zhan's words, but she didn't press him further. She lay quietly in her hotel room, Wang Hu's handsome face and the image of him fearlessly charging alone into the crowd constantly flashing through her mind.

Meng Wei tossed and turned all night, unable to fall asleep. She kept thinking about Wang Hu, worried about whether he was truly alright. The next morning, when she got up, she found dark circles under her eyes, clearly a result of a sleepless night.

Inside the villa at the Burmese military camp, Indai's situation was completely different. She fainted seven times throughout the entire night! Each time she woke up, she would continue to demand things from Wang Hu, and Wang Hu could only keep fulfilling her needs.

Time passed by, minute by minute, until the water in the bathtub had completely cooled down before Wang Hu carried Yin Dai out of the tub.

However, Aung San fainted several times during this period, and each time he woke up, he could hear those embarrassing sounds coming from the bathroom.

Until the very last time, Aung San endured the surging pain in his legs, his body feeling as if weighed down by a thousand-pound weight, and slowly rolled over. Cold sweat beaded on his forehead, and his lips were drained of color from the agony, but his gaze remained fixed on the bedside table drawer, where his last glimmer of hope lay—a pistol.

Just as his fingers were about to touch the drawer handle, the door was suddenly pushed open. Wang Hu walked in carrying Yin Dai, his gaze as sharp as a hawk's, instantly sweeping over the pistol peeking out from the drawer.

Without hesitation, Wang Hu rushed forward and kicked Aung San's hand hard. With a crisp "crack," Aung San's arm fell limply to the side of the bed like a broken tree branch.

Aung San let out a piercing scream that echoed through the room, sending chills down everyone's spine. However, Wang Hu ignored his wailing and swiftly pulled the pistol from the drawer. It was a loaded pistol, its dark muzzle gleaming coldly, as if proclaiming its deadly power.

Wang Hu thought to himself, "That was close! Luckily I got out in time, otherwise that old bastard would have definitely shot me when I wasn't looking, catching me completely off guard!"

Just as Wang Hu was about to raise his pistol and kill Aung San, his greatest threat, Yin Dai, who was tightly holding his neck, whispered, "He is, after all, my husband. Can you spare his life? Just imprison him, don't kill him..."

A look of surprise appeared on Wang Hu's face, but it only lasted for a moment before he quickly came to his senses.

He was just about to turn around and pick up Indai to go to another room to rest when, at the very moment he turned around, an uncontrollable roar suddenly came.

"You vile woman! You just want to humiliate me, I don't need your pity, you filthy bitch!" This was Aung San's voice, full of anger and resentment.

At this moment, Inde was in that special state after the event. In such moments, people often experience complex emotions, such as regret, self-blame, or other indescribable feelings.

She clung tightly to Wang Hu's neck, like a frightened quail, pressing her face against his chest, as if trying to escape the piercing roar.

Seeing this, Wang Hu raised his pistol without hesitation and fired three shots at Aung San Suu Kyi – two to the chest and one to the head.

As the gunshot rang out, Aung San's body trembled violently, and then, as if his soul had been ripped away, he collapsed limply to the ground, bringing his sinful life to a complete end.

However, just as the gunshots fell, there was a rapid knocking at the door, accompanied by anxious shouts: "Miss, Miss, what happened?" The voices sounded extremely panicked, as if they were about to break down the door at any moment.

Indai was startled by the sudden knock on the door and quickly replied, "I'm fine." Her voice trembled slightly, clearly indicating that she had not yet fully recovered from the fright.

The person outside seemed to breathe a slight sigh of relief, but then immediately asked, "Miss, what was that gunshot? Are you really alright?" Before the words were finished, there was a "click," as if someone was trying to push open the door. Fortunately, the door was locked from the inside, so it wasn't pushed open directly.

Indai was frantic and shouted, "Please don't open the door! I'm not wearing anything right now! Also, Aung San has already been executed by me, so you can all leave!"

Wang Hu then realized that he had almost made a fool of himself. He had originally planned to carry Yin Dai to another bedroom to rest, but he had completely forgotten that there was someone standing guard outside the door.

Because both of them were naked and had no coverings.

Moreover, Wang Hu's gun is still inside.

The footsteps outside the door faded into the distance, as if those people had wisely left after hearing Indé's calls.

Wang Hu opened the door and peeked out. Seeing no one was there, he quickly carried Yin Dai out of the room and then darted into another bedroom like lightning.

The next morning, sunlight streamed through the window into the room as Wang Hu gently held Indai in his arms, enjoying breakfast. Just then, Banff suddenly walked in. He first gave Indai a crisp military salute, then reported:

"Miss, the other two regiments are now completely under our control! Of Aung San's former die-hard supporters, apart from two who were executed, the rest have all been captured!"

A serious expression appeared on Indai's face. She waved her hand, signaling Banff to go down first.

After Banff left, Wang Hu looked at Indai's serious expression and felt a strong desire to conquer her.

His hand slowly moved upwards from Indai's waist, as if he wanted to explore more unknown territory.

Sitting in his lap, Indy noticed the obvious change in Wang Hu's body. She bit her lower lip and said coquettishly, "You bad boy, my body hasn't recovered yet!"
