After leaving the warehouse, Wang Hu didn't rush to the production line, but instead strolled along the warehouse grounds. He felt a deep sense of nostalgia for this factory; after all, it was the first factory he worked at and the best choice in his heart.
After graduating from junior high school, Wang Hu worked as an apprentice auto mechanic at a repair shop, but he learned almost nothing of real skill and was just doing odd jobs. A few months later, he asked the boss why he wasn't being paid, but the boss said that apprentices didn't get paid. Wang Hu couldn't stand such humiliation, so he ran away immediately, urinating on the boss's car before leaving.
After two months of idling at home, Wang Hu's mother couldn't bear to see him go to waste. She worried he'd become useless if he stayed idle. So she searched everywhere for work for him, but because of his young age, most places were unwilling to hire him. Those who were willing to take him were either dishwashers in restaurants or kitchen apprentices, and neither offered wages. Naturally, Wang Hu didn't want to go.
Later, Wang Hu's mother went to the local human resources and social security bureau. The bureau said this wasn't a long-term solution and suggested he attend a vocational school. So, Wang Hu spent over 20,000 yuan to study at a vocational school for two years. After graduating at 18, he came to the factory with the other students from the school.
After arriving at this factory, Wang Hu was assigned to the same department. Compared to other students, who were all assigned to other departments on the deadly assembly lines, he felt incredibly lucky. So, even after changing factories many times, he still missed this place!
Wang Hu wandered around the workshop for a while, then walked to the back. He saw that the people at the front were sitting there chatting.
That's how this department is; when things are quiet, everyone just sits together and chats. The manager won't let you go home just because there's no more work; after all, we're all just trying to make a living, and who doesn't want to earn some overtime pay?
Unlike the factories where Wang Hu worked later, which could exhaust people when busy but give you days off every day when not busy.
Wang Hu didn't see Meng Zhiyun at the back, so he walked towards the front and found her at her workstation.
Wang Hu placed another stool behind Meng Zhiyun, sat on it, and hugged her from behind.
After experiencing Chen Linlin's situation, Wang Hu realized that you have to take the initiative with women. Otherwise, this stalemate will never be broken.
He had so many regrets in his past life because he wasn't proactive. If he had been just a little bit more proactive, he wouldn't be a bachelor in his thirties.
Wang Hu hugged Meng Zhiyun tightly, his chest pressed against hers, his head leaning to her right, their heads touching, their ears close together.
Meng Zhiyun was a little angry. After finishing her work, she went to look for Wang Hu but couldn't find him. She then went to Chen Linlin's workstation, but no one was there either. She figured the two of them must have gone together again, so she sat there sulking.
Suddenly someone hugged her from behind, startling her so much that she almost jumped up. Just as she was about to resist, she turned her head and saw that it was Wang Hu, so she let him hug her.
Actually, she was a little confused herself. Although their relationship had been good before, they had never been this close. There seemed to be something special about Wang Hu that made it impossible for her to dislike him.
Meng Zhiyun suddenly smelled a certain odor on Wang Hu and immediately became unhappy. She was an experienced person and knew exactly what that smell was!
They twisted Wang Hu's thighs hard with both hands. Although Wang Hu was much stronger than before, it still hurt.
He quickly swung his legs to try to dodge, but as soon as Meng Zhiyun saw him dodge, she chased after him and pinched him.
In this chase, Meng Zhiyun found herself near his trouser pocket. It felt bulging, and when she turned her head, she saw a red ribbon inside that looked somewhat familiar.
Meng Zhiyun pulled it out in one swift motion, along with two pieces of clothing. She recognized them immediately, having worn them herself.
She already had a suspicion from the smell of Wang Hu, and when she saw this, a wave of bitterness surged up inside her! Her eyes instantly reddened.
Seeing this situation, Wang Hu knew he could no longer hesitate.
He pulled the stool back, picked up Meng Zhiyun, and turned her around so they were facing each other. Then he pulled the stool back, sat on it, and lifted Meng Zhiyun onto his lap.
Wang Hu hugged Meng Zhiyun tightly and kissed her lips. Meng Zhiyun, dizzy from the kiss, began to respond to Wang Hu.
After about five minutes, Meng Zhiyun calmed down and stood up from Wang Hu's lap.
Meng Zhiyun rummaged through her handbag, took out a plastic bag, and put the two small pieces of clothing in it.
"It's all soaked, why didn't you find something to wrap it up?" He handed the bag to Wang Hu and sat down with his back to him.
Wang Hu took the bag and put it in his pocket. He was surprised by Meng Zhiyun's reaction.
It's like when a husband cheats on his wife, and instead of scolding or beating him, the wife thoughtfully helps him clean up the mess. In any case, Wang Hu knows he's passed this hurdle.
Wang Hu sat down and hugged Meng Zhiyun from behind. Meng Zhiyun pushed him away and said, "Sit over there. How can I face others if they see this?"
Wang Hu thought about it and realized it made sense; everyone in the workshop knew she had a boyfriend. He wouldn't care if they saw him, but Meng Zhiyun would be utterly humiliated. He picked up a stool and sat down next to Meng Zhiyun, leaning over and resting his chin on his hands as he watched her.
Meng Zhiyun blushed when he looked at her and pushed Wang Hu's face away with her hand.
"Do you like Chen Linlin?" Meng Zhiyun asked Wang Hu.
"I like you the most!" Wang Hu is so clever now, he only says the nicest things.
Meng Zhiyun was pleased to hear him say that, and then asked Wang Hu, "Don't you like Chen Linlin?"
"I like it!" Wang Hu certainly couldn't say he didn't like it, especially since they had just been intimate. If he said he didn't like it, wouldn't that make him seem two-faced? Meng Zhiyun would probably distance herself from him then.
