Chapter 235: Earth Turned Upside Down 9

These people deserve to die.

Qiao Si walked slowly and calmly, stepping over who knows how many corpses. Someone with his last breath stretched out his bloody hand and grasped her ankle, staining her already blood-stained boots even redder.

"Save...save me...I...throw...throw..." Before he could finish the rest of his words, Qiao Si had already raised his foot to help him get rid of it quickly without any expression.

His words stopped abruptly, but Qiao Si didn't even blink.

Qiao Si walked past him and continued forward. She put her right hand behind her waist and pulled out a dagger. She played with the dagger in her hand, and all she could think about was how to torture the emperor.

The emperor hurriedly climbed onto the boat and quickly ordered the boat to start. When the people below heard this, they shouted, "I haven't boarded the boat yet!" "Wait! Wait!" "Your Majesty!" "Wait for us!" "Your Majesty! The Queen hasn't boarded the boat yet!"

When the emperor looked down at the bottom of the boat, he happened to meet Sun Chanyu's eyes looking at him. There was no emotion in those eyes, but they looked very much like one person.

The emperor hesitated for a moment, then stretched out his hand and shouted at her, "Come up!"

Sun Chanyu lowered her brows, suppressed the emotions in her eyes, raised her hand and held the emperor.

When Qiao Si's pursuers were about to catch up to the bottom of the boat, the emperor was no longer willing to wait for the rest to come up, and he urged them to abandon the people below and sail away.

But no one listened to him.

When Qiao Si's men came after them, the emperor realized that there was a traitor among them.

"Why doesn't Your Majesty run away?" After getting on the boat, Qiao Si looked at the emperor's desperate expression and spoke with a sneer.

At this point, if the emperor still doesn't realize that something is wrong, then he has been emperor for so many years in vain.

"When did you bribe them? How many people here are your people?" The emperor looked around and looked at the various people around him coldly, with vigilance all over his body.

"Heh..." Qiao Si chuckled, and felt inexplicably unhappy when she saw him calm down and ask back, "Then guess? Maybe if you guess right, I can give you a quick death." There was a playful light in her eyes.

The emperor's face turned dark. He felt that everyone was fake and everyone was Qiao Si's man. He retreated frantically, moving away from the people around him. But then he seemed to feel that this was not the right way, so he raised his hand and snatched the knife from the guard beside him.

He retreated, and when he passed Sun Chanyu, a struggle flashed in his eyes, but he still chose to stay away from her and retreated to a safe place alone. He held the knife across his body, guarding against everyone.

It was obvious that he had made his choice.

"Hahaha! Did you see that? People like this really are not sincere!" Qiao Si laughed out loud upon seeing this. The wind blew through her hair, and her clothes fluttered. She had already approached the "witch concubine" who had been silent and watching all this coldly.

Sun Chanyu finally raised her eyes, and there was no ripple in her cold eyes, as if such a change was nothing new to her.

Whether she was the almighty imperial concubine, second only to the emperor within the inner court, or the pitiful creature, abandoned and betrayed by her loved ones and tortured, this change of status brought her nothing. She had already achieved everything she wanted, and now everything was just a fleeting dream.

The emperor thought about everyone, and even at the last moment, he vaguely felt that something was wrong. He had just a little suspicion and suspected her, but he didn't expect that it was really her.

"Why! A'yu, why are you doing this! Everything you have is given to you by me! I am the person closest to you! How dare you! How dare you!" The emperor raised the cold blade in his hand, and the sharp tip of the blade pointed straight at Sun Chanyu's heart.

As if drawn to his drastic reaction, Sun Chanyu's expressionless, beautiful face suddenly broke into a stunning smile. She raised an eyebrow, took a light step, and approached the tip of the knife, slowly stopping less than an inch away.

"Why are you reacting so strongly? Don't you also want to give up on me and let me be killed with them? I just... made the choice you would make." She spoke lightly and asked back in a flat tone.

"But I didn't give up on you in the end!" The blade in the emperor's hand trembled slightly, and it was unclear whether he was angry or sad.

"You're not going to say that you were serious just now and didn't think of abandoning me?" Sun Chanyu's eyes were clear. "Don't deceive yourself. Take a good look at who I am." Sun Chanyu waved her sleeves lightly, and white powder quietly drifted away with the wind.

The emperor narrowed his eyes, and when he opened them again, he looked into those eyes, but could no longer see any trace of that person.

Strange, so strange!

Not her!

"What have you done?! What kind of magic did you do!" The emperor raised his hands to cover his eyes in pain, staring at her in disbelief. Because of the force, his eyeballs were filled with blood.

"Where is my A-yu? Where is my A-yu?" He murmured in a low voice. He wanted to see her through those eyes, but all he saw was Sun Chanyu's extremely calm expression.

"Hahaha, everyone in the world should come and see you like this, it's really pleasing to the eye!" Qiao Si looked at his miserable appearance of covering his face with his hands in pain and clapped his hands happily.

Those who had fled with the emperor were all controlled by Qiao Si's men who had followed behind and were pressed to the other end of the boat. Before they knew it, there were only the three of them facing each other.

The emperor looked at their expressions, which were either mocking, sympathetic or gloating, and roared in anger.

"ah!--"

His wrist moved with the sound, and the tip of the knife with a cold glow was about to pierce Sun Chanyu's heart!

"Why are you standing there like an idiot?" Qiao Si reluctantly reached out and pulled Sun Chanyu away from behind, a hint of disgust flashing in his eyes.

"I'm going to kill you! You bitches! Bitches!" the emperor roared and swung his knife to kill them.

Qiao Si looked at his empty tricks with disdain, sneered, and stepped forward to kick the knife away from his hand. The short blade under his wrist flashed with cold light and stabbed straight at the emperor's chest. As it approached the chest, Qiao Si deliberately deviated and stabbed fiercely into the flesh near the heart.

Blood spurted out and splashed all over her face, making her look even colder and more bloodthirsty.

Still not satisfied, she raised her foot and kicked the emperor hard in the knee. With her left hand, she forced him to kneel on the ground, and with her right hand, she drew her dagger fiercely.

"Puff!" The emperor suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood.

"I have waited for this day for too long!" Qiao Si said this almost with gritted teeth, and even her face had a hint of ferocity.

"You owe my mother this sword!" After saying that, she attacked fiercely again, and the sword pierced into his body without a trace of hesitation.
