After thinking for about half an hour, her mind was still blank. She shook her head and thought that it was impossible to do things. Only by taking action could she turn the impossible into the possible and the non-existent into the existent.
She called out, "Little Guozi."
Xiao Guozi hurried in, bowed, and asked, "Princess, is there anything you need?"
"You and Fei Peng go and take a look around Guanzhou City. Find a shop in the best location soon, but it can't be too expensive. Ideally, it should be next to the shops of the major families."
Hearing Zhao Shu's words, Xiao Guozi felt that when one is just starting out, one must choose to keep a low profile. The best location was indeed crowded with people, mostly high-ranking officials and nobles, but it would also attract attention. However, he was already used to obeying Zhao Shu's orders and did not say much. He was just a little embarrassed, "Princess, I will go after Chu Chun and the others return."
Zhao Shu waved her hand, "Go down, Elder Hai is still here."
Standing in the corner, Zhihai's ugly face twitched, as if he were about to smile. However, his face was so ugly that the twitching of his muscles made his expression even more terrifying, though his eyes clearly showed that he was smiling.
Xiao Guozi's skills were naturally inferior to Zhi Hai's. When Zhi Hai emerged from the shadows, he was startled. Zhi Hai only appeared for a moment before retreating back inside. Xiao Guozi was relieved and bowed as he withdrew.
Zhao Shu didn't intend to say anything about Zhi Hai's elusive nature; she simply knew that Zhi Hai wouldn't harm her.
After Xiao Guozi left, she looked at the package on the table. Huo Baichuan was not the kind of person who would casually exchange gifts with women. Although he was usually talkative, he would not do anything inappropriate. For a moment, she was hesitant to open the package on the table.
She took a deep breath, bit her lower lip, and opened the package. Inside were two letters, both sealed with wax and without any writing on them.
Beneath the envelope lay a white cloak with pale yellow auspicious cloud and mist patterns, and inside the cloak was a note with messy but elegant handwriting that revealed the writer's unconventional nature.
"Princess, don't be too touched. If you smile, then be a good girl and stay home to embroider."
When Zhao Shu saw the last sentence, she couldn't help but laugh. She picked up the other two letters, thought for a while, and then slowly opened them.
Her hands trembled when she saw the signature.
