Sunlight pierced through the thick clouds and shone down.
A man and a woman were sleeping in each other's arms on the bed.
Ling Moyuan propped his head up with his elbow, his other arm around Mo Jing's smooth waist and back. He gazed at Mo Jing's sleeping face, as if he couldn't get enough of looking at her. Mo Jing looked beautiful when she slept, her usual coldness gone, lying in his arms like a peaceful newborn baby.
Ling Moyuan's usually cold and indifferent face was now full of joy because of last night's satisfaction. His warm lips and even the stubble on his chin looked very shiny.
He was so unrestrained yesterday, taking her again and again.
But it was her tightness that made him throw all his usual pride in restraint to the winds. She was like a little enchantress, seducing him step by step into a state of intoxication with her.
His well-defined knuckles gently stroked her smooth back, as if he were touching a piece of fine silk.
Mo Jing gently fluttered her long, thick eyelashes twice, opened her slightly hazy eyes, and the first thing she saw was Ling Moyuan's angular face.
"Good morning!" Ling Moyuan's voice, as melodious as a fine violin, sounded especially pleasant on such a early morning.
Mo Jing glanced at Ling Moyuan, then at him. She asked with some surprise, "What are you doing here?"
Ling Moyuan was speechless for a moment, then said with a mischievous grin, "Jingjing, you're not trying to say you've lost your memory, are you?"
Mo Jing certainly didn't have amnesia; she clearly remembered what happened last night. She even remembered that Ling Moyuan had once again unleashed his beastly instincts, carrying her into the bathroom to take a shower when she was exhausted and drowsy. She was just too tired to react at the time.
The problem is, she thought he would leave last night, but it's already dawn and he's still here. If they walk out of the room together later, wouldn't that be blatantly telling everyone what they did in there last night?
"Why didn't you leave last night? If you go out now, everyone will know what happened yesterday. No, no, you jump out the window!" It's not just men in love who have mental blocks; women in love can also become stupid.
Mo Jing seemed to have forgotten that there was a swimming pool next to her window!
"Jingjing, why are you so nervous? You'll be my wife sooner or later. Why should a husband and wife be afraid of what others say? Besides, who would be so bored as to talk about these things?" Ling Moyuan said dismissively.
"But I'm not your wife yet!" Mo Jing blurted out, then realized something was off. She felt like her words sounded like she was eager to marry him.
Sure enough, when she looked up, Ling Moyuan was smiling at Mo Jing and said, "So, Jingjing, you also want to marry me."
"No way?" Mo Jing blushed slightly, a completely different demeanor from her calmness when dealing with the outside world.
Ling Moyuan hugged Mo Jing even tighter, and said in a very good mood, "I have already explained our situation to my family. My family likes you very much and is urging me to marry you."
Mo Jing looked up at Ling Moyuan, realizing that he had already made this plan a long time ago.
But Mo Jing lowered her head and said in a slightly hoarse voice, "Mo Yuan, I have a grudge in my heart. I don't want to get married until I have avenged it."
