Bai Jiaojiao was surprised, and Guan Shengping was even more surprised, that Feng Zhi would dare to hide the reagents himself and give them to others.
Bai Jiaojiao couldn't be sure whether Chen Bingrui knew about this, since Chen Meizhen could very well have known and been in contact with Feng Zhi.
