"Clang!" Two soft sounds rang out. The twin swords that the figure had struck had been cut in two by the strong wind. The blades fell to the ground, leaving only the two hilts in the figure's hands.
The force of the energy flew over instantly, and she flipped backward, barely dodging it. A few wisps of energy drifted down and scattered on the ground.
"Such a fierce and powerful force!"
"Not only did it sever my longsword, but it also nearly cost me my life!"
"The person opposite me is probably stronger than me." The figure stood opposite, looking at the broken zither, a look of solemnity on his face.
"Let's just leave."
"Otherwise, I'll probably die here." Having made up her mind, she darted away and retreated rapidly into the distance.
"I haven't had enough of my hands yet!"
"How could I let you leave?" Canqin sneered, placing his hand on the strings and plucking them rapidly.
The dense, powerful energy, like a long blade, slashed towards the figure.
The figure waved his hands repeatedly, creating semi-transparent air walls in front of him, trying to block the spear and buy time to escape.
"Pfft pfft pfft..." The air barrier was pierced instantly, and the spear flew over like lightning.
The figure lightly touched the ground with its toes and flew into the sky, trying to dodge the thrusting spear.
"Boom." Canqin suddenly appeared above her head and kicked out, hitting the figure squarely in the chest. She groaned and fell to the ground.
"President Chen means that it would be best to get some information out of her before killing her!" At this moment, Long Yuan's voice rang in Canqin's ears.
"You should have said so earlier!" With a flick of his wrist, the spears that had been thrust at him vanished.
"Why don't you kill me?" The figure paused, looked at her, and asked.
"It's not that I don't want to kill, it's just that the time hasn't come yet." Canqin pointed out one finger after another, and strands of energy flew out, sealing the major acupoints of the figure. They landed on the ground, grabbed her by the collar, and dragged her towards the gate.
"We caught her!" Long Yuan, who was waiting at the door, looked at the black-clad woman in Canqin's hand, whose clothes were already torn, and asked.
"Hmm." Canqin nodded.
"Find an empty room and interrogate her."
"Let's see if we can get any useful information out of them."
"If we can get the information out of them, that would be best."
"If we can't get any information out of them, then kill them!" Long Yuan said.
"Does the Dragon King not know what I do in the Azure Dragon Army?" Canqin asked with a smile.
"Of course I know."
"The interrogation team leader!"
"You have interrogated quite a few enemy generals!"
"The useful information we've gathered is countless," Long Yuan said with a smile.
"Having interrogated so many enemy generals, I've figured out a method for dealing with die-hard elements!"
"Don't worry."
"I will give you a satisfactory answer!" Canqin said.
“Okay,” Long Yuan nodded.
"Then I'm leaving!" Canqin said, dragging the woman away.
"Gotcha!" After she left, Shi Jing's voice came through Long Yuan's walkie-talkie.
"They've caught him, and Canqin has already gone to interrogate him."
“With her methods, she’ll surely extract some useful information,” Long Yuan said.
"good...."
As the night passed, no more powerful figures appeared.
Long Yuan yawned, gave some instructions to the bald man who came to take over, and then went back to his dormitory to rest.
Shi Jing breathed a sigh of relief, stood up, put the stool back where it was, and went back.
"You're really stubborn!"
"He wouldn't budge an inch all night."
"You've exhausted my patience!" In an empty room, Canqin yawned and said to the woman lying on the ground.
"Since they won't listen to reason, I'll have to take a hard line." She went outside, called over the security guard standing guard in the distance, whispered a few words to him, and the guard nodded and turned to leave.
Soon after, everything she asked for was delivered.
Canqin took it, went inside, and closed the door.
She placed the plate on the ground, ripped the woman's clothes, and two white rabbits immediately sprang out.
"What do you want to do?" the woman asked.
"What are you doing?"
"Of course, torture must be used."
"Since you don't know what's good for you, then don't blame me for being impolite." Canqin picked up a sharp knife from the plate and waved it back and forth in front of her face.
"This face is quite nice."
"What would it taste like if I made a few cuts on it and sprinkled some salt on it?" she said with a sneer.
"Please, don't slash my face!"
"I don't want to be disfigured." The woman was clearly frightened; the coldness on her face vanished, and she appeared extremely nervous.
"Swoosh!" With a swift stroke, Canqin's knife cut open, and blood flowed from her face.
"Ah!" The woman shuddered in pain, but there was nothing she could do.
After all, his acupoints were sealed, and he couldn't move!
Canqin took a little salt from the plate and sprinkled it on the wound.
The salt dissolved and seeped into the wound, making the pain dozens of times worse than before.
The woman trembled and screamed loudly.
“You’re a devil!” she shouted angrily.
"That's right, I am a devil!" Canqin sneered coldly, a ghostly light emanating from his single eye.
"I love people like you who are so stubborn."
"Because the more stubborn I am, the more methods I will use."
"If we compromise and give in quickly, these methods will never be needed."
"It's not fun anymore!"
"You have many other tricks up your sleeve?" the woman's voice asked.
“Of course.” Canqin nodded. “Salting the wound is just an appetizer.”
