Summary + Testimonials + Update Rules
This book was first released on QQ Reading, and was promoted through short videos from the 17th, and then it became unstoppable.
Very explosive.
In just twelve days, it ranked first on the QQ Reading membership list, first on the best-selling list, first on the new book list, first on the heart list, and in the top ten on the monthly ticket list.
Qidian’s average subscriptions increased from dozens to nearly 10,000 in just over ten days.
In fact, the most exciting time is the first day of the hit, because I have written hits before, and after getting familiar with the feeling of hits, I entered the sage time.
But what I wrote before was fan fiction... This year, due to certain factors, I realized that I had to make a transition, so I started writing original works.
I think I am really lucky. This transformation experience did not allow me to spend too much time on trial and error.
Before talking about the rules for adding more chapters, let me say a few things.
First, a few days ago, I was criticized for having a broken chapter at the end, which is what you call a writer's block. I read so many comments that I had a nervous breakdown.
First of all, I want to say that breaking chapters is a necessary skill for every author, but it also reflects that an author has no confidence in the plot and characters.
If I am confident enough and believe that you will persist in reading every day even if I don't stop writing, then I will not stop writing. This is indeed my own problem.
A few days ago, I saw a comment from a reader saying that small plots can be kept hanging, but the big plots have to be released all at once. I think that makes a lot of sense.
So I'm sorry, I made a mistake in cutting off the important plot.
I would also like to say here that after an original novel went viral, I discovered that some readers are really malicious. Even when I was writing this text, the author group was still tagging me and scolding me crazily.
They urge for updates out of anger, scold the author, open the author's account, reveal the author's name and phone number... and so on.
This is simply because the content I update is too little, or a bit watery.
But I really don’t have water, that’s what happens every day.
I can't even imagine if I would be able to survive if I wrote something poisonous.
The second thing.
I mentioned in the previous chapter that after 200,000 words, I would update more chapters, but you can see that during that period, I normally updated two chapters a day, so the current three chapters a day are the ones that have been updated (Qidian readers can see the date and can confirm it)
In order to avoid being criticized for not updating after the 200,000-word mark, I will make this clear in advance.
The third thing.
They said I split one chapter into three chapters.
I normally write 2,000 words in one chapter, and this has never changed. The platform rules stipulate that the minimum word count for a chapter is 2,000 words, and I have always written like this.
The last thing, add more rules (starting from 12.1)
First: more chapters with monthly tickets.
For every 500 monthly votes increase on QQ Reading, one chapter will be added. The same goes for every 500 monthly votes increase on Qidian.com. In short, if the monthly votes on both sides increase by 500, two chapters will be added.
Second: reward and update more chapters.
Additional chapters will be added for alliance leaders and above, which means 100,000 reading coins/100,000 starting coins. One additional chapter will be added for each alliance leader, and so on. The silver alliance will add 10 chapters, and the gold alliance will add 100 chapters.
If you want to read this, just read it. I'll just say this to avoid anyone asking. The standard is a bit high because I'm really clumsy. Rich friends have money and can give me a few hundred dollars in rewards, but I really can't add more chapters.
Third: increase the upper limit.
I will update at least three chapters a day, and a maximum of four chapters a day. The extra chapter will be considered a bonus.
I will calculate how many chapters I owe, and if there are any, I will pay them back slowly, but at most one chapter a day.
The last of all.
Single female lead, perfect ending, no swords, very sweet.
One more thing:
I'd better disband the reader group and write books quietly on my own.
