Chapter 20 Unlucky Liu Wenbin

My goodness, is this the time to be concerned about this?

Save your son first, okay?

"Mom, quickly find someone to help me get to the county hospital. My leg has been delayed for a day, and I don't know if it can still be treated."

"If I become crippled, my life is over," Liu Wenbin cried out in anguish.

"Okay, okay, okay," Liu's mother hurriedly went out to find someone.

When a tiger falls to the plains, it is bullied by dogs. They had offended many people in the past, and now that they have lost power, everyone wants to kick them while they're down. No one would help them.

It took Liu's mother a lot of effort to find a few young men from the village to help.

The three men, with disgust, pinched their noses and lifted Liu Wenbin onto the tricycle.

The usually arrogant Liu Wenbin couldn't bear this and buried his head in anguish.

His leg is completely immobile now, swollen to the point of being stuck up, and his pants are stuck on it. Liu's mother tried several times to pull the pants off, but she couldn't get them off and caused him a lot of pain.

It wouldn't be good to leave him naked, so we had to let him continue wearing his dirty pants.

It was too dark. Three men, one riding a tricycle, one carrying a flashlight, and one running alongside.

Liu's mother followed behind.

Suddenly, a blinding light shone from the opposite direction, dazzling the young man riding the tricycle. He swerved the steering wheel sharply, and because the road was already narrow, the tricycle veered straight into the ditch.

Upon seeing this, the motorcycle that had caught the young man's eye sped away.

Fortunately, the young man riding the tricycle was unharmed.

Unfortunately, Liu Wenbin, who was in the truck bed, was thrown out and fell into the cornfield.

Not only were his face scratched by corn leaves, but he also fell to the ground and got a mouthful of mud.

That wasn't the most horrific thing. The moment he fell, he heard another crisp sound, this time indicating that another bone had cracked.

"My son!" Liu's mother cried out in anguish.

Several people hurriedly lifted him out of the ground, not caring about any injuries at that point, and threw him directly into the truck bed before continuing on their way.

The young man on the bicycle complained, "I worked so hard today, I almost had an accident, you have to pay me extra!"

Liu's mother wanted to curse them, but fearing they would abandon her son on the way, she had no choice but to take out a few bills and hand them over.

This time, the group finally made it to the county hospital without incident.
