They breathed a sigh of relief after the entire house was completely renovated.

Just then, Chen Ze's phone rang. He took it out and saw it was an unknown number. He answered, "Hello, who is this?"
A middle-aged man's voice came from the other end of the phone, "This is Li Jiaren. Didn't you say you wanted to buy my house the day before yesterday?"
"Oh, Mr. Li, it's you. Have you returned to the mainland?"
“I just arrived. I’m already in apartment 503 of Lijing Garden. When are you coming to see the apartment? I’ll be waiting for you here.”
"What a coincidence! I just arrived at Lijing Community. I'll take the elevator down right away."
Less than a minute later, Chen Ze and Fatty arrived at room 503 and saw Li Jiaren already waiting at the door. They went up and shook hands. "Hello, Mr. Li, I didn't expect you to come so quickly. I thought I would have to wait a few more days."
Li Jiaren laughed and said, "I thought the person who bought my house was a social elite, but I didn't expect it to be someone who looks more like a college student."
He smiled slightly, "I'm already a prospective college student, and I'll be registering at Shenzhen University next month."
Li Jiaren gave him a thumbs up, "Impressive. Shenzhen University is a genuine 985 university. Students who come from there are all elites with bright futures."
Chen Ze humbly said, "Compared to Tsinghua and Peking University, a student like me is nothing but trash."
Hearing their conversation, the fat man was deeply hurt. He asked dejectedly, "Then what about me?"
Chen Ze bluntly retorted, "You're a piece of shit."
Li Jiaren chuckled.
