Zhao Qingyang gave Chen Ze a thumbs up, his face full of admiration: "Chen Ze, you are simply my idol. We made 400 million in just three days. What company should we start next?"
Chen Ze thought for a moment and said, "Let's start a food company that mainly produces spicy strips, chili sauce, and spicy fish. The company will be called Qingze Food. I will put up 600 million yuan for 51% of the shares, and you will put up 400 million yuan for 49%."
"Sigh...!" Zhao Qingyang sighed, "The money I just got in my hands hasn't even warmed up yet, and I'm already investing it again."
Chen Ze smiled slightly: "Your car shop, if you're lucky, can easily earn 100 million a year. But there are only so many rich people in China, and not everyone can earn 100 million every year. So it's more reliable to make money by doing real business."
Zhao Qingyang clenched his fist. "I believe in you, Chen Ze. I'm determined to stand with you, even if it means losing out."
Just then, Zhao Qingyang's phone rang. He took it out and saw that it was his father calling. He couldn't even remember the last time his father had called him.
He had just pressed the answer button when a voice on the other end of the line said in a way that left no room for argument: "No matter where you are right now, come home immediately."
After I finished speaking, the phone went dead.
He put his phone away and said to Chen Ze, "Old Chen, I have to go now. I'll have my secretary handle the company registration."
Chen Ze nodded: "Okay, I'm going back to Shenzhen. As the major shareholder, you can send someone to keep an eye on things here. I won't worry about it anymore."
The two walked out of Xingfu Village side by side, then got into separate cars.
Zhao Qingyang rushed home and saw his older brother and father sitting on the living room sofa with serious expressions as soon as he entered.
"Dad, why are you in such a hurry to see me? What's wrong?" Zhao Qingyang asked.
"Are you doing business with a man named Chen Ze? And did you buy a piece of land in the western suburbs?" The father's eyes were piercing.
"Yes, Dad, how did you know?"
“Hmph, Chen Ze is no simple character. The interests behind him are very complex. Your rash cooperation is too risky. He is backed by the Wang family of Kyoto,” the father warned.
Zhao Qingyang was startled, but quickly calmed down. "Dad, I believe in Chen Ze's abilities, and we've already made plans."
The eldest brother, Zhao Qinglong, said, "I want that piece of land in your Xingfu Village for 800 million."
Zhao Qingyang thought to himself: Luckily I sold it, otherwise I would have missed out on 200 million by selling it to this guy.
"Hehe... Brother, you're interested in that piece of land too?"
"Of course, I just received news today that the terminus of Metro Line 2 is very likely to be in Xingfu Village and Ankang Village."
Zhao Qingyang spread his hands: "I'm sorry, you asked too late. The land was just sold to Shuangmu Real Estate Group by Chen Ze."
His father glared at him angrily: "Don't you know our family owns a real estate company? Why didn't you tell us when you were going to sell it?"
Zhao Qingyang retorted, "Didn't you forbid me from interfering in the family business? I wouldn't dare overstep my authority."
The father wanted to say something more, but his eldest son stopped him: "Never mind, Dad. Where did that old scoundrel Lingley get such early information? I think we need to investigate."
Dad nodded, then took out his phone and made a call to have someone check.
Zhao Qinglong came to his younger brother's side and advised, "You'd better not go into business with Chen Ze. With your brains, he'll take advantage of you and you won't even know what happened in the end."
"Hmph! It's my own money, I'm in charge of what I do. You'd better mind your own business."
After saying that, Zhao Qingyang left home and headed straight for the car shop.
Meanwhile, Chen Ze arrived at the airport, intending to return to Shenzhen, but An Yumo called to say that the tourist attraction in Tonggu Miao Village, Shacheng, Hunan Province, was ready and asked him to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Chen Ze sighed helplessly and had no choice but to change his plans, buying a plane ticket to Shacheng, Hunan Province.
A few hours later, the plane landed. As soon as Chen Ze stepped out of the airport, he saw An Yumo waving at him from the arrival gate.
"Chen Ze, over here!" An Yumo called out.
Chen Ze walked over and said with a smile, "Yu Mo, thank you for your hard work this time."
An Yumo shook her head: "It's not hard work. I feel very accomplished to have completed this project."
The two boarded the car to Tonggu Miao Village, and An Yumo introduced the scenic spot to Chen Ze along the way.
"This time we've preserved all the unique features of the Miao village, and added some entertainment facilities and guesthouses, which will definitely attract many tourists," An Yumo said excitedly.
Chen Ze looked out the window at the scenery, his heart filled with anticipation.
Finally, the car arrived at Tonggu Miao Village. As soon as Chen Ze got out of the car, he was attracted by the lively scene in front of him.
Girls dressed in traditional Miao costumes sang and danced to welcome their arrival.
Surrounded by the crowd, Chen Ze and An Yumo arrived at the ribbon-cutting site.
The moment the ribbon was cut, applause and cheers erupted, marking the official opening of the Tonggu Miao Village tourist attraction.
Immediately afterwards, Chen Ze instructed An Yumo: "Spend some money to advertise on major TV stations in Hunan Province. You know, even the best wine needs advertising."
"Okay, boss."
Chen Ze strolled around the quaint Miao village, then took a look at the rafting stream. Finding it well-maintained, he left satisfied.
Soon, Chen Ze arrived at the Furong Town Food Factory in An Yumo's car. He turned to An Yumo and asked, "How are the chili sauce and fish from the food factory selling?"
An Yumo: "Boss, the chili sauce is selling very well, especially the garlic chili sauce, it's selling like hotcakes. The sour and spicy small chili sauce is also very popular."
The two got out of the car and walked into the workshop. The air inside was filled with a pungent, spicy smell. Chen Ze couldn't stand it for more than ten seconds and turned around to leave the workshop. When he came out, tears were streaming down his face from the spiciness.
