Chapter 332 The Wedding (Part 1)

As Zhang Guoheng drove the Cullinan slowly out of the gate of Chiwan Villa, his gaze was drawn to the scene before him.

Outside the gate, a long line of luxury cars was neatly parked on the main road. As far as the eye could see, it seemed to have no end. All the cars had colorful ribbons tied to their rearview mirrors.

Roughly estimated, the convoy consisted of over a hundred vehicles, each exuding an aura of luxury and prestige.

At the front of the convoy, dozens of supercars and Rolls-Royces were lined up in an impressive array.

Behind the supercars and Rolls-Royces was a convoy of Bentleys and Maybachs, equally impressive vehicles whose presence reflected the taste and wealth of their owners.

Further on, there was a line of G-Class vehicles, these rugged off-road vehicles are suitable for travel and are experts at climbing mountains.

At the very back of the convoy was a row of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi vehicles. Although they were somewhat understated compared to the luxury cars in front, most of these vehicles belonged to cotton merchants who had come specifically to attend Chen Ze's wedding today.

Sitting in the passenger seat, Gao Pengfei was so shocked by the sight before him that he couldn't close his mouth. He stared wide-eyed at the long line of luxury cars outside the window and muttered to himself, "When did Shenzhen have so many rich people?"

Zhang Guoheng couldn't help but laugh when he heard Gao Pengfei's words. He teased, "Pengfei, I love your naive and unworldly attitude."

Hearing Zhang Guoheng's mockery, Gao Pengfei scratched his head somewhat embarrassedly. At this moment, Gu Bin, sitting in the back row, was also drawn in by the conversation in front and curiously peeked out to look at the convoy behind them.

Gu Bin carefully observed the vehicles and discovered that many of them did not have Shenzhen license plates, but came from other cities, such as Shanghai and Guangzhou.

However, overall, vehicles with Shenzhen and Guangzhou license plates still make up the majority.

After Zhang Guoheng's last car came out, the cars behind him slowly followed.

Just three minutes after the convoy set off, a deafening roar of enormous propellers suddenly erupted from the sky. The sound, like thunder, reverberated through the heavens, drawing everyone's attention.

People looked up at the sky. A helicopter was hovering low, its wings spinning rapidly and making a buzzing sound.

Even more striking was that the side door of the plane was open, and a person was standing there, holding a camera and filming the convoy on the highway.

In the lead car, Chen Ze's phone suddenly rang. He quickly glanced at the contact name on the screen and saw that it was a call from Brother Ma.

Without hesitation, he pressed the answer button and held the phone close to his ear.

On the other end of the phone, Little Ma's voice came through clearly: "Hey, junior, I specially hired a helicopter to film your wedding video today. Have they arrived yet?"

However, unexpectedly, just as Little Ma finished speaking, the sound of helicopter propellers in the sky grew louder and louder, as if responding to his words.

Chen Ze couldn't help but laugh, his heart filled with gratitude. He thanked her over the phone, "The plane has arrived, senior. Thank you so much! You're so thoughtful."

Little Ma laughed on the other end of the phone and then asked, "Junior, how much longer until you arrive at the hotel? I'd like to choose a suitable time to go over."

"About ten minutes. Oh, right, senior, there might be a lot of people attending the wedding today. I've booked two large hotels. Come to the Guangfu Hotel." Chen Ze instructed.

"Okay, I understand."

After hanging up the phone, Chen Ze saw the photographer on the helicopter take pictures of his lead car for a while before flying to the back to take pictures.

Before long, the convoy arrived in the downtown area. Through her uncle's connections, Wang Siyu arranged for the traffic police to clear a path for Chen Ze's convoy on the road near the Guangfu Hotel.

Several traffic police officers were also patrolling this area to prevent traffic jams.

When the convoy arrived, onlookers on both sides of the road were curious about whose wedding it was that the traffic police had specially reserved a lane for them.

Just then, a sharp-eyed person in the crowd suddenly shouted, "Isn't that Chen Ze, the second richest man in Shenzhen? So it's his wedding! No wonder it's such a big event."

His shout caused an instant sensation. Everyone in Shenzhen knew Chen Ze, the young talent who had risen rapidly in the business world.

The crowd began to discuss it, with the man filled with envy and admiration.

The woman was filled with resentment, wondering why Chen Ze had gotten married so young!

The convoy continued its journey and soon arrived at the Guangfu Hotel, where the entrance was already filled with guests who had come to offer their congratulations.

Chen Ze got out of the car first, then gentlemanly opened the car door and led out Wang Siyu, who was wearing a pure white wedding dress. The scene was immediately filled with enthusiastic applause and cheers.

Little Ma arrived at that moment, smiling as he stepped forward and gave Chen Ze a big hug. "Junior, happy marriage!"

Then he praised Wang Siyu, saying, "Sister-in-law, you are as beautiful as a blooming rose today."

"Thank you!" Wang Siyu said politely.

Soon, Chen Ze, Wang Siyu, and the best man and maid of honor stood at the door to greet the guests.

Little Ma was the first to step forward and hand a red envelope to Chen Ze.

Chen Ze smiled and accepted the red envelope, then quickly tore off a corner and handed it back to him.

"Junior, you might lose a lot of money if you don't accept the red envelopes today," Little Ma joked.

Little Ma is also from Guangdong Province, and he knows that in some parts of Guangdong, people don't accept red envelopes; what they value is popularity.

Chen Ze smiled slightly at Little Ma's teasing, "Senior, I don't need those few coins. I have more wealth than I could spend in several lifetimes."

“That’s true!” Little Ma nodded in agreement, then walked into the hotel.

The college students from Shenzhen, including Bai Xue, greeted Xiao Ma Ge, who politely replied, "Hello, you all look beautiful today."

Suddenly, he noticed that the daughter of the high-ranking leader was also among the bridesmaids. He quickly stepped forward and reached out to greet her: "Ms. Ye, I didn't expect you to be a bridesmaid too."

Ye Xiaoman laughed and said, "Of course I'm coming! How can I not come to my cousin's wedding?"

"Oh, so Chen Ze's wife is your cousin. That guy didn't even tell me. I'll definitely make him drink three cups of wine later."

After saying that, Brother Ma walked into the hotel lobby.

A moment later, a man wearing glasses walked over, his voice preceding his arrival, "Congratulations, congratulations, Mr. Chen, on your marriage."

Chen Ze looked at the newcomer, who was none other than Wang Tao, the CEO of Dajiang UAV. The two shook hands, and Chen Ze said politely, "Thank you, Mr. Wang, for taking time out of your busy schedule to come and support us."
