A barely perceptible smile appeared on Chen Ze's lips. He had successfully acquired the building mainly because of its excellent location and proximity to Shenzhen University. If the building had been bought by these real estate groups, his company might have faced the risk of being ousted.
Immediately afterwards, Chen Ze and General Manager Liang completed the transfer procedures, and then went to the bank to complete the money transfer.
As he came out of the bank, his landlady looked at him in shock: "Mr. Chen, I didn't expect you to become so rich in such a short time."
