Chapter 165 Teaching Children Self-Defense

Junjue and Wan'er were filled with exploration and anticipation for these two mutated mongrel dogs.

Under their care and training, the two mixed-breed dogs became increasingly adept at using their special abilities, bringing them to their fullest potential.

After the two dogs mutated, their intelligence became even more extraordinary. Although they couldn't speak, they could understand every word their two owners said without any difficulty.

After training the dog for several hours, seeing that it had almost mastered the skills, Junjue said to Wuhei Huanghuacai:

"You've mutated now, so eating regular dog food won't affect you."

Starting today, you will hunt and kill mutated animals similar to yourselves to eat.

Remember that the crystal cores in their brains can enhance your strength, and your flesh and blood can also be enhanced to some extent, though not by much.

"Remember, fight if you can win, and run back if you can't. Don't put yourselves in danger, or the mistress will be sad." The Duke stroked the two huge heads and instructed them.

"Awoo~" Five Black Daylily nodded in response, then turned around with an eager look on its face, ready to go and have a big fight.

"Remember, don't use up all of your unique abilities, or you'll become very weak." Seeing the two big guys looking so eager to try, Junjue couldn't help but remind them.

"Aww~!"

"Woof!"

After the two dogs responded, they quickly ran away.

Watching the two dogs leave, Junjue looked at the small wooden house that had become ruins in the distance and said with some helplessness:

"Wan'er, our little wooden house is gone, let's stay here!"

Wan'er nodded without any objection and said, "Okay! Anyway, we don't know how long we'll be here, so we'll just bring out a tent."

The next morning, after having breakfast, Junjue and Wan'er went directly to where the child was staying.

Junjue knew that this was a world shrouded in apocalyptic viruses and supernatural abilities. After a period of transformation, humanity would face annihilation when the blizzard arrived.

On this desolate land, Junjue and Wan'er were among the few who survived. Despite facing endless difficulties and dangers, they held fast to their hope for survival.

Thinking about the future world, looking at the four children, Gu Zixuan, Song Chen, Chu Nan and Ye Lixiu, who are between seven and eight years old, in this shelter.

Although they are young, in this treacherous world, no one can escape unscathed.

In order to survive better, they need to master some basic fighting and self-defense skills.

When Junjue and Wan'er arrived at the shelter's room, they pushed open the door, and the four children were already waiting there.

Unlike ordinary people, their eyes are filled with determination and longing, rather than fear and despair.

Junjue and Wan'er smiled at each other. These children were destined to struggle to survive in this apocalypse, but they also possessed endless potential.

Their expectant eyes touched the Duke deeply.

"Sister Wan'er, Brother Junjue, you've arrived?" The four children heard the door open and, though they couldn't see, they knew from the familiar footsteps that their heroes had come.

They knew what happened last night, but they were too young to see anything around them, so they could only stay quietly and not cause any trouble for the adults.

Thinking of the children's plight, Wan'er wiped away her tears and walked towards them with a smile.

"Gu Zixuan, Song Chen, Chu Nan, Ye Lixiu, have you been waiting for your older brother and sister all this time?" Junjue greeted them with a smile.

Gu Zixuan held his injured hand, his fingers trembling as he waved, "Brother and sister, thank you for teaching us martial arts."

"No need to thank us. We'll teach you some basic fighting and self-defense techniques so you can better survive in this world," Wan'er said.

"Is everyone ready, children?" Wan'er spoke gently, her voice like a gentle breeze, giving people a sense of security and warmth.

"Sister Wan'er, we're all ready!" Gu Zixuan, Song Chen, Chu Nan, and Ye Lixiu said in unison.

"From now on, we will be your teachers. Starting today, we will teach you combat techniques and self-defense skills so that you can survive better." Junjue's voice was extremely magnetic, exuding strength and confidence.

The four children exchanged glances, their excitement barely concealed.

From Junjue and Wan'er's words, they felt the importance and care they received, an experience they had never had before.

"Teacher, we will definitely study hard!" Gu Zixuan's voice was full of pride. He straightened his chest and his eyes shone with determination.

"Yes, we will definitely live up to our teacher's expectations!" Song Chen raised his head and said firmly.

Chu Nan and Ye Lixiu nodded with determination. They knew that with this opportunity, they would study hard and never be bullied by bad people again.

Junjue smiled slightly. He saw the four burning hearts in them. These four children were no longer afraid. The road ahead would be difficult, but with each other and their teacher by their side, they could go further.

Song Chen gripped his injured foot tightly, biting his lip as he asked, "Teacher, can we really become stronger?"

Wan'er smiled and patted Song Chen's head: "Of course you can. As long as you study and train hard, you will definitely become stronger."

A determined glint flashed in Chu Nan's eyes: "We will definitely work hard. We will protect ourselves and you all."

The Duke felt a warmth in his heart as he sensed the determination and courage of the four little ones.

He crouched down and looked at the excited Ye Lixiu, saying, "Ye Lixiu, what kind of fighting style do you like best?"
