Chapter 74 What kind of 1990s

Qi Jingchuan finally lived in the residence arranged by Duan Chenyi. Although he could not live in the screenwriters dormitory, Duan Chenyi still helped him choose a house closest to the screenwriters dormitory.

After arriving at the place, Duan Chenyi, his secretary and the driver left quickly, leaving the space to Li Ran and Qi Jingchuan.

Although Qi Jingchuan wanted to stay with Li Ran for a while longer and just look at her quietly, he couldn't ignore the tiredness in Li Ran's eyes.

"Xiao Ran, shall I take you home?" He bent down slightly and put his eyes on the same level as Li Ran.

Li Ran couldn't help but burp. She had been sitting in the car for the whole afternoon. After cleaning up the room, she came to the dinner without taking a rest. After dinner, she accompanied Qi Jingchuan for a long walk in the base.

She nodded and said "hmm" weakly. She was indeed a little sleepy.

Qi Jingchuan sent her back to the room, and helped Li Ran check the door locks and windows in the room again, then stood by the balcony and gently touched the balcony railing.

"Duan Chenyi fell down from here?" he suddenly asked.

Li Ran nodded. Before she could react, Qi Jingchuan supported himself with one hand and climbed onto the balcony. He turned around and smiled at Li Ran.

"Xiao Ran, I'm going home. Please close the doors and windows. Good night." After jumping off the bed, he looked back at Li Ran who was standing there in a daze, then waved to her and left.

Li Ran blinked as he looked at Qi Jingchuan who was far away, and it took him a long time to react to what he had just done.

"Hahaha, Brother Jingchuan... why did you climb over the balcony?" She couldn't understand why Jingchuan did this, and she was really too sleepy, so she decided to take a shower and go to bed first.

Li Ran spent her first night at the base like this. When she woke up, it was already nine o'clock the next morning. The base treated the screenwriters very well. Because most screenwriters had unusual work and rest schedules, meals were provided 24 hours a day in the screenwriters' dormitory.

After washing up, Li Ran went next door to say hello to his tutor, and then went to the restaurant to have breakfast.

There were a few people sitting scattered in the restaurant, both men and women, old and young. After Li Ran got the food, he chose a seat by the window.

She got a pork and egg panini burger and a cup of soy milk, and sat on a chair to slowly savor them.

Other people in the restaurant were either eating alone or chatting quietly with people around them.

Li Ran didn't see the short-haired woman from yesterday, but she didn't mind it. In fact, there are only a few screenwriters who can get up in the morning to have breakfast. Most screenwriters have more ideas as the night goes on.

After dinner, she planned to look for her tutor, but unexpectedly she ran into Qi Jingchuan who was in a hurry.

"Xiao Ran, I need to go back to Jingcheng now, so I can't accompany you today. Be good, I will come again next week." After saying that, he left in a hurry again.

Li Ran went to Professor Han's room by herself. The tutor's room was bigger than hers. There was a rocking chair in the room, and the tutor was sitting on it reading a book.

"Teacher, I've finished eating! Are we going to start writing today?" Li Ran walked into Professor Han's room full of energy. For the sake of comfort and convenience, she planned to wear casual sports clothes during this period.

Teacher Han waved at her, pointed to the chair opposite her, and asked Li Ran to sit down.
