About three hours later, Yiyi felt a throbbing force in his meridians. He quickly accelerated his practice, using this force to slowly draw the moonlight energy from his meridians into his dantian. As he did so, he felt the moonlight energy in the air constantly replenishing the empty meridians, then being drawn into his dantian and transformed into internal energy. Honestly, this feeling was a bit painful, but at this point, no matter how much pain it was, he had to endure it. Liang Yiyi didn't want to waste all his efforts. The moonlight energy was slowly drawn from his meridians, then gradually guided back into his dantian. This process was incredibly slow. When his dantian was gradually filled to a point where it formed a ball of energy the size of an adult's fist, Yiyi felt as if an eternity had passed. Yi Yi opened her eyes that were tightly closed due to the pain. The moon was still hanging in the sky. She stood up and stretched her aching body, then stretched out her arm and punched. There was a faint sound of breaking air in the air. It felt like if this punch hit a person, at least all bones would be broken.
