Hearing her hoarse voice, Li Dongyang stopped her from talking. "You can't drink water yet, so stop talking. The children are fine. There are two children, the eldest is a boy, and the second is a girl."
"Two or two?"
There was some confusion in Hu Xiaoxiao's eyes. When she checked before, no one said that there were two children!
How come now that they are two?
Seeing her like this, Li Dongyang had to repeat the doctor's words to Hu Xiaoxiao again. Only then did Hu Xiaoxiao nod to show that she understood.
Xiao Chengjin had to go to work in the afternoon, so he left after not staying for long.
Su Ruanruan was worried, so she stayed.
It was almost dark when Hu Xiaoxiao finally regained her breath. After the doctor came and examined her, he said that she could eat some porridge, but not greasy food.
Li Dongyang took the millet porridge to the cafeteria to heat it up. After bringing it back, he let Hu Xiaoxiao drink half a bowl.
