Ye Qingqing glanced at the soda water in her hand. She hadn't drunk it; she had just been pretending. It seemed that there was something wrong with the drinks in the beverage section earlier.
Those who complained about the heat were the first to drink the beverage. The wisps of smoke that Julie fanned out behind her were probably the antidote, indicating that she didn't intend to take them all down at once. But who was her target?
"Miss Ye, aren't you hot?" Julie asked with a doubtful look in her eyes.
She clearly saw Ye Qingqing drink soda water just now. Although she didn't finish it, just one sip would have been enough. Why is that bitch completely unharmed?
Ye Qingqing snapped out of her daze, shook the cup in her hand, and smiled, "Of course it's not hot."

But she still couldn't figure out what Julie's purpose was in doing all this.
"I'll go call Kagel. The air conditioning's back on. What's the point of staying outside?" Roger got up and walked towards the back garden.
Ye Qingqing then noticed that Princess Basha and Gongsun Lin had not returned yet, and the male guests who had gone out for some fresh air, including Kagel, had not returned either.
Her heart sank. She vaguely guessed Julie's purpose, but she wasn't sure. She would have to go to the back garden to find out.
“I also want to see the back garden. I heard that this garden was designed by a master architect, and it’s incredibly beautiful. Edward, Yao’er, do you want to go see it?” Julie stood up as well, her eyes gleaming with pride.
It's almost time.
“Great! I’ve long admired this garden too!” Gongsun Yao’s eyes brightened, and she smiled slightly.
Edward had no interest in the garden whatsoever, but he was happy to spend time with his sweetheart, so he got up without a second thought.
Ye Qingqing felt a chill run down her spine, becoming even more certain that Julie had ill intentions. She didn't know what was going on in the back garden, and if it was really as she suspected, she absolutely couldn't let anyone go there.
She made up her mind, and with a handful of powder in her hand—not itching powder, of course, but rubella powder—she waved her hand, sprinkling the powder all over Julie's body without any attempt to hide it; time was of the essence.
"What did you spray on me?" Julie didn't expect Ye Qingqing to be so bold as to drug her in front of her, spraying the powder all over her face and neck.
Soon after, an intense itch began to set in. Julie couldn't help but scratch, and the more she scratched, the itchier it became. Red spots appeared on her face and neck.
“Julie, what’s wrong with you? Miss Ye, what did you do to Julie…” Edward panicked.
Everyone else was also startled, and chaos ensued.
Taking advantage of the chaos, Ye Qingqing squeezed out of the crowd and ran towards the back garden, hoping she could make it in time.
