Zou Hanqiu's Mandarin was much worse; he spoke very slowly, but it was still difficult to understand him because of his heavy accent. Seeing how hard he was struggling, Ye Qingqing smiled and said, "Mr. Zou can speak Cantonese, and we can all understand him."
"That's good. I'm so tired of talking."
Zou Hanqiu breathed a sigh of relief, feeling a great weight lifted off his shoulders. Mandarin was so difficult to learn; he couldn't even get the hang of it with his tongue.

"You two are in the prime of your lives, the golden age for actors, it's just pretentious to say such things," Ye Qingqing said half-jokingly.
Forty years old might be a bit too old for a female actor, limiting her acting opportunities. There's no way around it, it's due to physical limitations. But for a male actor, it's the prime of his career.
His acting skills have been honed, and his temperament has matured. He can play both father and son, and his acting range will only continue to broaden.
