Meng Shanshan is coming over in a few days, so her cousin can bring one. Dong Siyue thanked her gratefully, "Do you want cash or a bank transfer?"
Ruan Yingzi didn't care. "Whatever. Don't give it to me now. We'll settle the payment once the phone arrives."
She took out her phone and called Meng Shanshan, speaking in Cantonese. Ye Qingqing could barely understand a few words, while the others stared blankly, having no idea what Ruan Yingzi was saying.

"It will take a week to arrive."

Dong Siyue smiled slightly, "I used to have a friend from the South who could understand a few words, but I couldn't understand him if he spoke too fast."
Ye Qingqing sensed that Dong Siyue's smile carried a hint of bitterness when she talked about that friend.
However, it was fleeting. If Ye Qingqing hadn't been so sensitive after practicing the technique, she wouldn't have noticed. Seeing Dong Siyue quickly regain her serene smile, Ye Qingqing couldn't help but wonder about that friend.
