Chapter 1845 Knocked Out Directly

Julie stared gloomily at the computer in front of her. Her servants and maids were all watching her intently, even following her to the toilet. She finally managed to send two emails, hoping they would be useful.

She didn't really have much hope for Edward; he was just a prince without a title, and the king certainly wouldn't give him a chance. But out of respect for Edward's parents, she could probably buy some time.

She just wanted to delay her marriage into the Li family. There was less than a week left, and she didn't want to marry that pervert at all. She had to escape!

So she was waiting for the second person, but she wasn't sure. After all, that person was cold-blooded and ruthless, and didn't care about her much. The probability of him coming specifically to save her was really low.

But this was her last straw; if that person didn't intervene, she would have no way to survive.

Julie prayed silently, her face growing increasingly haggard. Her face, devoid of makeup, looked even darker. As the saying goes, fair skin covers a hundred flaws, while dark skin ruins everything. Asian girls are generally considered to look better with fairer skin. Now, Julie was disheveled and covered in dirt, looking like a burnt roast chicken, utterly unattractive.

She silently calculated the time in her mind. Edward checked his emails every night and must have received her SOS. He should be on his way now. As long as Edward could cause a ruckus, she could have some peace and quiet.

Julie clasped her hands together and bowed several times, glancing at the servants out of the corner of her eye. She secretly breathed a sigh of relief; the servants had relaxed a bit after watching them all day, and she could send another email to that person.

She opened the Minesweeper game interface, preparing to secretly send an email, when the Queen rushed in. As soon as she entered, she saw Julie playing on the computer, her face immediately darkened, and she rushed over to close the Minesweeper game. Sure enough, she saw the unsent email.

A hard slap landed on Julie's face, knocking her to the ground. Her face was swollen and blood was seeping out.

"You're still not behaving yourself even when you're locked up, you're asking for death!"

The Queen kicked her a few more times, but she was still not satisfied. This little bitch was as cunning as a fox. If Ye Qingqing hadn't reminded her, she would have almost let her escape again. She dared not let her guard down any longer and assigned herself and several capable assistants to keep an eye on her. Even when Julie was changing clothes, she could not relax her vigilance and had no privacy at all.

The computer was naturally taken away, along with other electronic devices; the Queen confiscated them all, and even the television was gone from the house.

Ye Qingqing learned about Julie's situation from the Queen and breathed a sigh of relief. There were still four days left in the divorce proceedings, and this woman shouldn't be able to cause any more trouble. She and Lu Mo had already discussed it and decided that they would return to China after Julie married that pervert.

After all, Lu Mo's company was very busy. Although he could handle some things with his computer, it was still not as convenient as managing things on-site. In the past few days, Ye Qingqing took some time out of her busy schedule to travel all over Thailand and eat her fill of fruit.

She also stored a lot of fruit in her space, mainly durian. There are all kinds of fruits here, and they are cheap and delicious. She bought all kinds so she could continue to enjoy them when she got back. After all, durian is expensive and there are fewer varieties in China!

Edward arrived the day after Princess Luo called. Unlike his previous grand arrivals, he came alone this time, looking hurried. As soon as he got off the plane, Lu Mo, who had been waiting for him, knocked him unconscious and carried him back.

Ye Qingqing was too lazy to waste words. Before Edward could wake up, she gave him a drug that would keep him asleep for two days. Princess Luo would probably be here in the next couple of days, and she would have the princess pack him up and take him away!

To save her breath, there's no point in arguing with this stupid man who's obsessed with innocent girls. It's better to just take action directly.
