Chapter 2778 The Account Book That Looks Like a Celestial Book

Ye Qingqing started the car, drove Huang Junkai back to the boys' dormitory, and then went to the girls' dormitory building. The boys' and girls' dormitories were separated by a road. She parked the car and went to Wuchen's dormitory.

She had a tough time climbing to room 502. The dormitory building was newly built and the conditions were quite good. Six people lived in each room, and there was also a bathroom and a balcony, which was much better than her previous dormitory.

It's lunch break now, and the other five girls in the dorm are all there. They're all tall and have long legs, clearly athletes, and they're all sunny and cheerful girls. Ye Qingqing has a pretty good impression of them, but she doesn't know if they have any financial disputes with Wuchen.

"Excuse me, I'm Sister Wuchen," Ye Qingqing greeted with a smile.

"Don't bother us, we don't take naps at noon." The five female classmates were all quite easy to talk to, but they were very curious about Ye Qingqing's purpose and sensed that something was off.

Wuchen took the notebook out of the drawer and casually tossed it onto the table.

The notebook was a thick leather notebook. Ye Qingqing opened it and found a bunch of messy, scrawled characters inside. The font was so bad that no one else could imitate it, so it was definitely written by Wuchen.

Looking at the time, Ye Qingqing realized that she had started keeping accounts since the first year of high school. She flipped through it and found that it wasn't too much, only about a thousand yuan. Wuchen didn't live on campus in high school, so he didn't have that much pocket money, which helped him avoid a lot of pitfalls.

"Have you returned these to you?" Ye Qingqing asked.

It took Wuchen a while to finally manage to say "no." She had almost forgotten about these debts, and they were all small amounts of money. She wasn't a petty person.

Ye Qingqing sneered; this stupid thing was practically screaming "I can't believe it!"

"I'm rich and I'm stupid, come and scam me!"

Faced with such a powerful temptation, who could resist?

Ye Qingqing didn't look closely at the high school accounts because they were from a long time ago and the amount wasn't much. She needed to focus on the university accounts. Ha... she only studied for one year, and the accounts were already more than ten pages long. This brat has squandered quite a bit of money.

Ye Qingqing glanced through a few pages. Most of the money involved was small sums, ranging from a few yuan to tens of yuan. Hundreds of yuan were rare. Most of the requests involved borrowing meal cards, though some involved borrowing money. Among the requests, those about stomach aches and another person called "fox spirit" appeared most frequently.

"Who is the fox spirit?"

"He's from room 512, his surname is Hu, I forgot his given name," Wuchen answered honestly.

The other five classmates looked stunned. They didn't know that Ye Qingqing was looking at the account book, but when they heard Wuchen mention the female classmate surnamed Hu, they knew who it was.

“Her name is Hu Xinran. She’s in the Chinese Literature department and she always comes to our dorm to hang out with you,” a female classmate said.

Ye Qingqing took a pen and made a note of it. It seems that Hu Xinran is not a good person either. The amount of money she borrowed was not small, and the amount was also large. Several times it was over a hundred. When the accounts are settled, she will have to return every penny of this money.

They asked a few more strange names, like caterpillar, mutton soup, pig intestines, and chewy candy. If it weren't for the other female classmates explaining, no one would have known what Wuchen was writing; it was even harder to understand than a book written in heaven.

If the surname is Mao, then it's called Caterpillar; if the surname is Yang, then it's called Mutton Soup. It's amazing that this brat came up with such a name. However, Ye Qingqing was relieved that none of the five female classmates in her dormitory were on the list. Moreover, the people who borrowed money were actually the same few. Although the account book looked like it had more than ten pages, the actual number of people was only about ten, all of whom were female classmates from other dormitories.

Since her roommates weren't included, Ye Qingqing didn't hold back and simply took out her calculator and started pressing buttons. The calculation was actually quite easy, just a bit tedious, but it wouldn't take long.
