Nothing happened to Ye Yunxi and the others along the way.
Feeling a bit bored on the way, Ye Yunxi took out a tablet from her spatial storage, giving one to Xuan Yu and keeping one for herself.

When Ye Yunxi and the others heard that they were about to depart, Xuan Yu was driving this time. Ye Yunxi sat in the back seat playing with Yunzi, while Fu Heng sat in the passenger seat.
Ye Yunxi and her companions enjoyed the scenery along the way, occasionally watching videos on their tablets or eating snacks. They used the restroom once during the journey and didn't linger for long.
Soon it was past 8 p.m., and the sign for the First Base could be seen in the distance.
The car continued driving for another ten minutes or so before finally arriving at the base gate. Li Yan had the gatekeeper open the gate, and then the group drove into the base.
Xuan Yu drove in after them, and Li Yan stopped their car and said to Ye Yunxi.
“Yunxi, the box of gold that Commander Zhao gave me, I asked my men, and they all said they didn’t want it, saying they were keeping it for you as a way of repaying you. You saved them before, and they’ve always remembered it.”
Ye Yunxi was stunned. She didn't expect that the soldiers, whom Base Commander Zhao had given the reward to, would refuse it and instead give it all to her.
She smiled and said, "Okay, then I'll accept it. Please thank them for me, Captain Li."
"Okay, I'll pass on the message. I'll have someone send the gold back to you, otherwise your car won't be able to hold it all."
Ye Yunxi thought about it and agreed to Li Yan's request.
They asked the base leader to give Gu Qingqing and Chen Zhe the gold, but they refused it all.

Li Yan told the people driving the truck to follow Ye Yunxi and her group's vehicle, and then return to the training camp after unloading the gold.

Fu Heng parked the car in the yard, closed the gate, and went inside with Ye Yunxi and Xuan Yu.
After a long day of travel, even though I ate something on the road, I'm still a bit hungry.
"Aheng, Xuanyu, what do you want to eat?"
Before Fu Heng could speak, Xuan Yu immediately spoke up.
"I want to eat crayfish, spicy, five-spice, and garlic flavored. I also want soda, and if possible, some barbecue, I wouldn't mind either."
Ye Yunxi looked at Fu Heng, only to see him nod with a smile.
"Let's eat this."
Ye Yunxi took out crayfish from her spatial storage, along with some barbecue and chilled soda.
I also gave Yunzi some unsalted chicken legs, beef, pork heart, sweet potatoes, broccoli, and pumpkin. There was also a can of food. I put everything in a bowl and told her to eat it slowly.
Ye Yunxi returned to the dining table, took out her tablet, put on a TV series, and watched it while eating.
They finished eating in an hour, and put the trash into their spatial storage. They washed up and went back to their room to rest.
For several days in a row, the base was calm and nothing happened.
Professor Hu took good care of her farmland, and Chen Zhe continued to take care of it after he returned.

Zhang Jing thought it was a good day, and also realized they hadn't had a meal together in a long time, so she decided to say it was at their house. She then spoke to Ye Yunxi and Gu Qingqing.
"Yunxi, Qingqing, later you should invite Heng-ge, Haiyi, Xuanyu, and Captain Li. Let's have a good celebration."
I'll go call Zhong Ziming and He Tiantian later. I heard they're together now, but I don't know if it's true.
Ye Yunxi realized that it had been a while since she had seen them, and she wondered what their situation was now.
Gu Qingqing seemed to have heard some incredible news today, and she was both surprised and delighted.
