Professor Hu and two other professors quickly stepped in to smooth things over.

Professor Fang: "That's right, Lao Li, you should say less."
Professor Zhang: "Xiao Ye, don't take it to heart with Lao Li. He does have a bit of an eccentric temper, but that's not what he meant."
Ye Yunxi listened to their words but remained unmoved, letting them talk as they pleased.
It's as if she insisted on teaching them the skills; if it weren't for Chief Wu's suggestion, she wouldn't have bothered teaching them at all.
"Hey, Old Li, are you trying to drive me crazy? How many times have I told you about the sweet potatoes and potatoes I gave you before the New Year? Have you forgotten?"
