Mu Qianjiao carried Song Ge'er and walked towards Biyun Pavilion. When she was almost at the door, Mu Qianjiao suddenly covered her stomach and squatted down with a painful look on her face.
Song Ge'er jumped down from her arms and asked worriedly, "Fourth sister, what's wrong with you?"
"I... I have a stomachache and it hurts so badly." Mu Qianjiao said with a frown, looking very painful.
"Fourth sister, go find the court doctor." Song Ge'er said, pulling Mu Qianjiao up, "Come on, I'll take you to find the court doctor."

Mu Qianjiao waved her hand: "Go ahead."
Cai'er was so busy that she ran to find the court doctor. Song'er's maid Qiao'er took Song'er to Gu Yunran's yard.
In the yard, Gu Yunran was bored and was teasing the cat with a bell.
"Second sister-in-law."
Suddenly, a childish voice was heard. Gu Yunran looked up and saw a delicate little boy standing in front of him. He had fair cheeks, round cheeks, and a pair of dark eyes. At first glance, he looked a bit like Mu Qianchen.
Ruizhu said, "Second Madam, this is the Seventh Young Master Song'er."
When Gu Yunran saw the little boy, she guessed about 70% of the situation. She put down the bell in her hand, asked Zhuye to bring a wet towel to wash her hands, and then she stretched out her hand to invite Song Ge'er to sit down.
"Hurry and sit down."
Perhaps it was because she was pregnant, but when she saw Song Ge'er thinking about the fetus in her belly, Gu Yunran smiled happily.
Song Ge'er was very polite. Gu Yunran asked him to sit next to him, so he sat quietly. He pursed his lips and took out a handful of crisp candies from his purse and put them on the table. "Second sister-in-law, this is for you. It's very sweet."

He had never seen a cat in his entire life in the mansion, and he fell in love with it at first sight.
Walking up to the bamboo basket, Song Ge'er reached out to stroke it, but after thinking it over, he felt it was inappropriate. He hastily retracted his hand, looked at Gu Yunran and asked timidly, "Second sister-in-law, can I play with it for a while?"
Gu Yunran smiled and nodded: "Yes, it's very docile."

Ruizhu walked to the gate of the courtyard and saw the court doctor carrying the medicine box and preparing to go back. She shouted, "Doctor Li, come with me quickly."
Just now, Doctor Li gave Mu Qianjiao acupuncture for a while, and her abdominal pain was relieved a lot. When she saw Doctor Li followed Ruizhu to Biyun Pavilion, her heart skipped a beat.

Before Doctor Li could say anything, Mu Qianjiao rushed in from outside. Seeing Song Ge's appearance, she was shocked: "Gu Yunran, how could you hurt Song Ge like this?"
Gu Yunran frowned, "I didn't expect Song Ge'er to be injured like this."
"That cat is usually very docile, but for some reason, it went crazy today. I'm responsible, but you can't spit blood at me."
