Chapter 60 Civilized Wedding Procession

Surrounded by the crowd and filled with laughter, Liu Feng strode briskly toward the bride's boudoir.

At this moment, Yu Jingya sat upright on the edge of the bed, her hands clasped tightly, looking both expectant and shy.

Her face was like a blooming peach blossom, delicate and beautiful, her eyes bright as autumn water, and her lips curved into a smile.

The red wedding dress fit her perfectly, and the delicate silk was adorned with exquisite phoenix and flower patterns, which made her beauty even more captivating.

She was surrounded by a group of bridesmaids dressed in their finest attire. Some of them were chatting and laughing softly, adding a touch of liveliness to the festive atmosphere; some were helping Yu Jingya adjust her wedding dress, ensuring that every detail was perfect; and others were whispering among themselves, discussing the groom who was about to arrive.

One of the bridesmaids said to Yu Jingya with a smile, "Jingya, you look as beautiful as a fairy descended to earth today. When the groom sees you, he will probably be so captivated by your beauty that he will lose his mind and be completely disoriented."

Upon hearing this, Yu Jingya blushed slightly and replied softly, "You're so sweet-talking."

Another bridesmaid joked, "When the groom arrives later, we'll have to put him to the test and see if he's truly worthy of such a beautiful girl like us being so devoted to him."

The bridesmaids nodded in agreement, their eyes gleaming with mischief.

Yu Jingya smiled, her heart filled with emotion. Today was the most important day of her life, and her sisters, who had been with her for many years, were accompanying her on her journey to happiness with their laughter and joy.

She slightly raised her head, her eyes filled with expectation, and looked towards the doorway.

Suddenly, the bridesmaids excitedly shouted, "The groom is here! The groom is here!" The room instantly became lively.

The bridesmaids quickly lined up and blocked the doorway, preparing to give the groom a "surprise".

Liu Feng stood at the door, his eyes filled with both nervousness and excitement.

He took a deep breath, preparing to face the bridesmaids' "challenge." He smiled, cleared his throat, and said to the woman inside, "Ladies, please do me the honor of letting me in to meet my bride."

The bridesmaids did not give in easily and instead asked the groom a variety of questions.

One of the bridesmaids said with a grin, "Groom, if you want to get in the door, you'll first have to name ten of Jingya's good qualities!"

Liu Feng smiled, thought for a moment, and replied, "Jingya has too many good qualities to list! She is beautiful, kind-hearted, gentle, intelligent, generous, considerate, cute, lively, cheerful, and optimistic. There are also... and many more. It's impossible to list them all in a short time."

The bridesmaids burst into laughter, clearly very satisfied with Liu Feng's answer.

Another bridesmaid chimed in, "Then sing a song that expresses your love! Sing it with heartfelt emotion!"

Without hesitation, Liu Feng smiled, cleared his throat, and began to sing "The Moon Represents My Heart." His voice was deep and affectionate, and with each note, it seemed as if all his longing and love were poured into it.

After the song was finished, the bridesmaids clapped and praised it, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

However, just as the bridesmaids were about to continue "making things difficult" for the groom, Yu Jingya finally couldn't hold back any longer. Listening to Liu Feng's singing outside, her heart was filled with sweetness.

She said softly, "Sisters, didn't we agree before that we would have a civilized wedding procession and not block the door? Let's not make things difficult for the groom and let him in."

As soon as Yu Jingya said that, the bridesmaids looked at each other and smiled helplessly and understandingly.

One of the bridesmaids joked, "Oh dear, so you're feeling sorry for the groom. Alright, alright, for the sake of our beautiful bride, let the groom in."
