Liu Feng and his group stepped out of the dark and deep underground palace and finally saw the light of day again. Sunlight shone on them, but it could not dispel the eerie atmosphere that permeated the underground palace behind them.
Overstan, once an arrogant and unscrupulous villain, had lost his will to live in Liu Feng's eyes after completing the mission of luring the enemy.
Now, he sleeps forever in the depths of darkness, becoming Elisa's burial offering, bringing an end to his countless sins.
The moment Liu Feng and his group appeared, the enemy camp erupted in a frenzy, and a tense atmosphere swept across the area like a tidal wave.
The soldiers seemed to see death descend upon them, their eyes flashing with ferocity and determination. They pulled the triggers, and bullets rained down like a storm.
However, Liu Feng remained calm and composed in the face of the hail of bullets.
With a wave of his hand, a powerful, invisible force suddenly surged from his body, carrying an awe-inspiring aura like the might of heaven, enveloping the people around Liu Feng.
The moment the bullets touched this mysterious force, they seemed to encounter an insurmountable barrier, changing direction and returning at an even faster speed along their original trajectories.
The soldiers didn't even have time to react before they fell into pools of blood. Some had bullets in their throats, blood gushing out like fountains; others had open chests, their bodies collapsing limply, splashing pools of glaring blood.
In an instant, hundreds of corpses lay scattered across the ground, blood pooling into rivers that stained the earth crimson. The air was thick with the suffocating stench of blood.
The remaining soldiers were terrified, their faces ashen, and their weapons fell to the ground with a clatter. A few of the leaders tried to remain calm, attempting to step forward and salvage the situation.
Jack, the tough guy with a buzz cut, had large beads of sweat rolling down his forehead, yet he still tried to put on a fierce look.
He roared, “You monster! What kind of sorcery did you use! Don’t think you can scare us! Today is your death day! Everyone, don’t be afraid, pick up your weapons…” But his slightly trembling legs betrayed his inner fear.
If it weren't for the absolute authority of military orders, he probably would have turned and fled in terror long ago.
Beside him, Tom, his face contorted with rage, shouted back defiantly, "That's right! So what if you're strong? We outnumber you, you have no chance of winning! Surrender obediently, and maybe we'll spare your life!"
Liu Feng's cold gaze swept over the group, his voice booming like thunder: "You bunch of clowns, how dare you spout nonsense in front of me? You must pay the price for your evil deeds today!"
Jack, though outwardly fierce, forced a retort: "Hmph! Stop spouting nonsense! Do you think you're invincible? You're just a body of flesh and blood, how can you possibly stand up to our guns and cannons? If you know what's good for you, kneel down and beg for mercy now, and maybe you'll at least have a whole corpse!"
Liu Feng sneered: "Gun and shells? In my eyes, they're nothing but a pile of scrap metal. Do you think you can do whatever you want and run rampant with those?"
A smug smile suddenly appeared on Tom's face, as if he had grasped a lifeline. He said, "So what if you're powerful? We've already notified headquarters, and a large number of reinforcements will be arriving soon. By then, you won't be able to escape! If you know what's good for you, just surrender obediently, and you'll suffer less!"
However, Liu Feng remained calm and composed. His aura suddenly surged, exuding an overwhelming pressure that made it impossible for anyone to look him in the eye. "I'd like to see what your so-called reinforcements can do to me! But before that, you'll have to pay the price."
Tom roared and fired, but Liu Feng strolled leisurely, casually dodging the bullet as it grazed the hem of his clothes.
Immediately afterward, he casually flicked his wrist, and an invisible force shot out like a sharp blade, striking Tom's wrist directly. Tom screamed in pain, the gun in his hand fell to the ground, and blood gushed from his wrist.
Liu Feng didn't stop there. With a forceful flick of his arm, Jack was thrown at Tom like a weightless bag of trash.
The two collided heavily with a dull thud, then fell to the ground in a sorry state, raising a cloud of dust.
Before they could even struggle to their feet, Liu Feng was already in front of them. He raised his foot high and stomped hard on Jack's chest.
With a sharp "crack," Jack's ribs broke instantly, and blood gushed from his mouth, staining the ground red.
Tom struggled to get up and escape, but Liu Feng firmly stepped on his back, rendering him unable to move.
Liu Feng's gaze was icy, and his voice seemed to come from the deepest hell: "You have committed countless evils and harmed the innocent. This is your punishment. Today is your end."
Before he finished speaking, he pointed his fingers into a sword shape, gathered his energy at the tip of the sword, and struck out with a single blow to kill the ringleader of the evildoers.
Jack and Tom's eyes were filled with fear and resentment. With a desperate scream, their two heads flew into the air, tracing two tragic arcs before landing with two thuds, their sinful lives coming to an end.
After swiftly and decisively eliminating the two leaders, Liu Feng turned his sharp gaze slowly to the remaining soldiers.
His voice, booming like a bell, resounded throughout the entire island: "Listen up, all of you! Every victim you've abducted on this island must be returned safely to their original location. If there's even the slightest mistake, you will have to atone with your lives!"
Upon hearing Liu Feng's resounding words, the soldiers were immediately filled with fear, exchanging bewildered glances, but none of them dared to utter a sound in response.
At this moment, a rather thin soldier, suppressing his inner fear, mustered his courage and stepped forward from the crowd.
He forced a stubborn look onto his face and asked, trembling, "You...you say you'll send it back? How can we be sure you're telling the truth? What if you change your mind later?"
Liu Feng sneered, his gaze shooting like lightning at the soldier: "Go back on your word? You people have done such heinous things, and you still have the nerve to question me? If you don't want to die, then do as I say."
The soldier trembled at Liu Feng's gaze, but still forced himself to say, "What if... what if we don't?"
Liu Feng did not answer immediately, but instead pointed into the distance, and the Qingfeng Sword flew out again, like a streak of light across the sky. Two warships anchored on the shore were cleaved in two by the sword's light.
The massive hull broke apart with a dull thud. The broken warship collapsed like two colossal peaks, creating towering waves before slowly sinking to the bottom of the sea.
The seawater quickly submerged the spot where the warship had disappeared, leaving only huge ripples spreading outwards.
This breathtaking scene left everyone wide-eyed and speechless.
