Chapter 97 Nighttime Entry into Kyoto, Chang'an Residence

Liu Feng stood suspended in mid-air, gazing at the vast, boundless sea before him. The azure waves stretched endlessly, the sea and sky merging into one, as if only this expanse of blue remained in the world.

He called softly, "Lingxiao, come out."

A flash of blue light appeared, and the dragon Lingxiao roared out of the treasure gourd. Instantly, its size increased dramatically, and its massive body hovered in mid-air, its scales gleaming with a cold, sharp light in the sunlight.

Lingxiao murmured affectionately to Liu Feng, his voice as melodious as a clear spring, yet carrying a hint of majesty.

Liu Feng smiled slightly, leaped lightly, and landed steadily on Lingxiao's back. The man and the dragon shot towards the sea like arrows released from a bow, the splashing water forming a white curtain behind them.

"Master, hold on!" Lingxiao let out a clear dragon roar, and its massive body plunged into the sea. A faint blue light emanated from Lingxiao's body, isolating the seawater and forming a transparent barrier.

Through this bluish light, Liu Feng saw an underwater world. Among the colorful coral reefs, schools of fish swam, like a flowing painting.

A giant sea turtle slowly swam past them. Liu Feng reached out and gently touched the fish that swam by through the blue light, feeling their agility and freedom through his fingertips.

At that moment, he seemed to merge with the entire ocean, his mind serene and profound.

Liu Feng rode the Lingxiao Sky at high speed to the location of the headquarters.

Upon arrival, he found the once imposing building now deserted, with only a cold, desolate atmosphere permeating the surroundings.

Liu Feng stood in the center of the hall, his gaze sharp as a knife, and thought to himself, "Since he knows fear, the purpose of the warning has been achieved, so I will not pursue the matter any further."

Meanwhile, in Hong Kong.

The gambling tycoon stood on his yacht in Victoria Harbour, toying with a golden chip in his hand, his eyes as deep and unfathomable as the sea. Behind him, dozens of speedboats sped off in different directions, an invisible net quietly unfolding.

"Boss, all the outposts have been arranged as you instructed," a man in black said respectfully, his tone tinged with a hint of menace.

The gambling king nodded, gently flicked the chips in his hand into the sea, and said calmly, "Let's begin."

Those hostile forces that had once plotted to cause trouble were now fleeing in all directions like frightened birds. Without the slightest hesitation, the gambling king, relying on his extensive network of connections and iron-fisted methods, swiftly launched a thunderous operation.

One by one, these dens of iniquity were raided, and one by one, the treacherous leaders were exposed. Within days, the hostile forces were eradicated and vanished without a trace.

...

Liu Feng arrived in Kyoto late at night.

Kyoto at night is a bustling metropolis, a city that never sleeps, with its vibrant traffic and dazzling neon lights. As a reborn individual, stepping into this city again evokes completely different feelings than before.

As he strolled through the night, memories of the past surged like a tide, and those once-familiar symbols of trends vividly reappeared before his eyes.

Suddenly, a magnificent golden building in front of him caught Liu Feng's eye.

The huge sign above the entrance, bearing the four characters "Chang'an Zundi," gleamed under the lights. Rows of luxury cars—Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ferrari—were neatly parked in front, resembling a car show and showcasing the status and prestige of the guests.

The people coming in and out were all dressed smartly.

"The Chang'an Residence? That's interesting." Liu Feng raised an eyebrow slightly, a meaningful smile appearing on his lips, as he secretly pondered, "There are people I know inside."

After saying that, he stepped inside.
