Chapter 25 Visiting the Market

Irene carried Lingling from under the carriage onto the carriage. After she was seated firmly, she asked, "Lingling, why did you bring back a little tiger? What happened?"

Lingling was happy about saving a little life. When she heard Grandma Irene asking her, she described in a baby voice what had just happened.

"It's not a little wing tiger, it's a little tiger~"

"It was injured and bleeding a lot. It was so pitiful. Its parents weren't with it."

"Lingling was afraid it might get hurt again, so she brought it back."

After a pause, she gently stroked the soft fur of the little tiger that had fallen asleep in her arms from exhaustion, and added, "When its careless parents find it and come find it, Lingling will return the little tiger to them."

Although he said so, his tone was filled with deep reluctance.

Irene understood, but she didn't show the same resistance and worry as Amos.

She understood what Amos was worried about. He was simply afraid that the monster would find out that its cub was gone and impulsively get into conflict with the tree people who took in the tiger cub.

However, his own child saved the wing tiger's child, and did not hurt it.

The monsters all have a certain degree of intelligence, so I think there will be no conflict when they come.

Besides, hehe, it’s not like they can’t beat them.

"Lingling, you're amazing! You saved a little life."

"But, Lingling, this is a winged tiger cub. Look at its back, it still has two little wings that haven't grown yet. It's not an ordinary tiger cub."

Lingling took a closer look and found that, sure enough, the tiger cub had two small fleshy wings on its back, which had not yet grown.

Lingling was shocked. This was something she had never understood in her limited life. It was so magical.

So, after the carriage started, while having nothing to do, Irene combined the incident of the little wing tiger she had just encountered with her to popularize some common sense about Warcraft to Lingling and the five little tree people in the carriage.

Alphonse, who was inexplicably being lectured again: Thank you so much, sister.

......

Half an hour later, Lingling and her group, who were forced to undergo the baptism of knowledge, finally arrived at the market entrance.

It is called a market, but it is actually just a long street with various stalls.

The market was bustling with people, and various colors and sounds intertwined together, presenting a very lively scene. People of different races each guarded a stall and exchanged their goods.

Lingling and the tree people who came in a carriage in a high profile attracted a lot of attention.

Not only do the tree people rarely come out to trade, but the goods they trade are also relatively scarce in the forest.

Also, this is the Western Continent, where there are very few humans. There was actually a little human baby among these tree people, which attracted a lot of onlookers.

Seeing the carriage gradually surrounded and the two horses stamping their feet nervously, Allen quickly suggested to Irene, "Irene, why don't you and Amos take the children off the carriage first? I and a few other tribesmen will go to the front to set up the stall and park the carriage to prevent the children from being frightened."

"Okay, thank you for your help. Amos and I will take the children for a walk around the market and meet you at the market entrance later." Irene replied embarrassedly.

Allen smiled heartily and said in a loud voice, "Hey, what's the big deal? We are more familiar with the Western Continent than you are. You can take this opportunity to explore more and get to know each other better. After all, you two don't come here often."

So, the five little tree people and Lingling followed Irene and Amos and got off the car at the market gate.

Lingling was still holding the little tiger cub. The tiny tiger cub nestled in Lingling's arms and slept soundly.

As soon as Irene put her on the ground, she kicked her legs to loosen up her little butt and legs which were a little stiff from sitting for so long, and then began to look around curiously.

Irene said to Lingling gently, "Lingling, can grandma hold the little tiger for you? You must be tired after holding it for so long."

Lingling looked hesitantly at the sleeping little tiger, then at Grandma Irene's gentle expression, and finally stretched out her little hand, because she was indeed a little tired of holding the baby.

Hi, I’m sorry, huhuhu, Lingling’s strength is still too weak.

"Okay~ Thank you, Grandma Irene, but please hold me gently."

On the way, Lingling named the little wing tiger Huhu.

Because Lingling felt that she had soothed its wound, Xiaohu also made a small snoring sound when he slept.

As she spoke, Lingling handed Huhu out.

As a result, just as he was about to leave Lingling's arms, Huhu twisted restlessly, as if he was about to wake up in the next second.

Lingling quickly withdrew her hand, froze in place, and looked at Irene with a pleading look.

Irene also had a headache. They still had to go to the market, which was not a good idea. Lingling would be exhausted.

The five brothers also felt sorry for their sister, and stared at Hu Hu who was sleeping soundly with some anger.

Alphonse was waving a thin branch back and forth at Huhu's butt, as if thinking about where to start hitting it.

This caused Lingling to look at him in confusion.

What's your brother doing? Are you tired of riding in the carriage like Lingling? Want to move around?

Amos couldn't stand it anymore, so he took out Lingling's small blanket from the carriage that hadn't left yet, quickly took the tiger cub from Lingling's arms, wrapped it in the blanket, and that was it.

Miraculously, perhaps because of Amos's quick movements and the scent of Lingling on the quilt, Huhu stopped struggling and continued to sleep soundly.

Lingling looked at Amos with starry eyes.

"Uncle Amos, you are so smart~ Great!"

"That's right, uncle is also quite wise."

Amos grinned and reached out a branch to touch Lingling's little head.
