As for the other tree people, the two elders said they couldn't see them and could only see Lingling.
Other tree people: That’s too much.
"Lingling baby!"
"Little baby Lingling!"
The two elders shouted in incredibly sweet voices while nimbly rushing towards Lingling.
"Grandpa! Grandma!"
Lingling also saw the two elders, let go of her cart and ran towards them.
Her short legs reached their limit, and she made a diving move not high off the ground, but luckily Ashley caught it with her quick eyes and hands.
Blue looked at Ashley, who was faster than him, with some resentment: It turned out that her usual slow appearance was just an act, and she is better than anyone else at snatching children.
Helpless, Blue could only stretch out the branch to touch Lingling's little head, and said with longing: "Lingling baby, you are finally back. Grandpa thought you didn't want me anymore."

Ashley hugged her little baby tightly and comforted her, "Grandpa was just joking with you. Grandpa and grandma both know that Lingling misses you. Grandpa is just a little worried about Lingling's safety."
"Safe? How could Lingling be unsafe?" Lingling was confused.
"Grandpa just rescued a little girl from the mermaid tribe. Lingling came back late, and grandpa was worried that Lingling was in danger like that little girl. Fortunately, you are back, and grandpa can rest assured." Blue chattered to Lingling as if to vent the remaining anxiety in his heart.
Lingling covered her mouth with both hands to fully express her surprise.
"Miss Mermaid?!"
