Chapter 56 Lingling is busy meeting

At the entrance of the tree people’s territory.

The adult trees looked at the little guys huddled together with doting eyes, waiting patiently and silently.

Anyway, they are not in a hurry.

Finally, the little one, who had been held enough, came out from among his brothers and ran to his own stroller.

He happily pushed the cart in front of the tree people and began to distribute gifts.

"These are grandma's vegetable seeds. Grandma said she wants to plant more vegetables!"

"These are the toys of my five older brothers."

"This is the knife the uncles wanted."

"This is a beautiful silk scarf from my aunts."

......

The tree people stared in amazement as Lingling continuously took things out of her cart.

Lingling took out gifts one by one. If you didn't know, you would think she went to the elves to purchase goods.

Actually, this was a gift that Thor had Josiah buy for Lingling at the market overnight in order to thank her for teaching him how to make the Heart Philosopher's Stone. It was also the result of the little guy's labor, so he had the right to take it.

Lingling earned it! Lingling is awesome!

A quarter of an hour later, Lingling finally finished distributing the gifts, breathlessly.

The little guy put his hands on his hips and said proudly, "This is the gift Lingling brought us all with her own efforts!"

As he said this, he patted the remaining things in the cart.

"I won't give these to you. These are for the grandparents, uncles, and aunts in the East Continent."

Amos was a tall man and was so touched that he didn't even look closely at Lingling's cart. He thought it was full of Lingling's things, but he didn't expect it was a gift for them.

I was just about to go up and give Lingling a bear hug.

Irene went ahead and took out a small handkerchief to wipe the beads of sweat from Lingling's forehead, praising her gently, "Lingling, you're great! You've worked so hard, Lingling."

The little guy felt embarrassed after being praised, so he pinched his handkerchief and smiled very sweetly.

Speaking of the East Continent, Irene paused and continued, "Lingling, your Grandpa Blue and the others sent a message saying they miss you. What do you think?"

Lingling said in surprise, "Really? Did Grandpa Blue send a signal that he missed Lingling?"

Irene touched her fair little face and said, "Really? I sent it to you two days ago. Do you want to go back and see them?"

Because the Tree People had to take care of both the Eastern and Western Continents in the past two years, and they only had one Lingling, they came up with a solution.

If one side wants to use magic or has an emergency, they can gather everyone's magic power when the sun sets, and make the teleportation array light up briefly. This way, they don't have to activate the array, so it won't consume too much magic power, and they can also send a signal to the other side.

They arranged for someone to watch it every day, and the teleportation array lit up two days ago.

"Okay~ Lingling misses them too." Lingling responded without hesitation.

After saying that, Mengmeng looked at the tree people.

"Besides the brothers, does anyone else want to go back to the East Continent with Lingling?"

Lingling's brothers would definitely go with her without her having to ask, she just needed to ask the other tree people.

After hearing this, some tree people took two steps and stood in front.

Lingling nodded her little head.

"Okay, let's go now and bring some gifts back to see Grandpa Blue and the others."

Irene was surprised and looked at Lingling and asked, "Baby, don't you want to take a rest?"

"No need to rest. Grandpa and the others have been thinking about Lingling for two days. They might even be crying."

Irene couldn't help but laugh.

"Okay, then you can go back with your brothers. Grandma is here growing delicious vegetables for Lingling, so she won't be with you. Please take care of yourself."

Lingling hugged Irene and nodded her head seriously.

"Lingling will take good care of herself. Grandma, take care of yourself too." Turning to the other tree people who weren't returning to the East Continent, she added with concern, "You too, take care of yourselves. Lingling will be back to check on you."

The tree people couldn't help laughing.

It’s so fun to be a little ball and tell others to take care of themselves.

However, the responses were not slow, and they all echoed.

"OK."

......

The territory of the tree people in the East Continent.

Blue would stroll around the center of the Holy Lake from time to time.

In the past two years, in order to facilitate transportation, they specially built a stone platform in the center of the holy lake. Outside the stone platform, there is a small bridge leading directly to the lake.

"Why hasn't he come back yet? It's been two days. Did something happen?" Blue said anxiously.

Ashley next to him glanced at him and said, "Can't you say something nice? Maybe something delayed you."

"I don't want to think the worst. We just rescued one person, and I'm worried Lingling might run into something similar." Blue irritably tapped the edge of the stone platform with his branch. "She's so special. Could she have met some bad guys in the Western Continent who coveted her abilities?!"

Ashley shook her head, not wanting to talk to this tree man whose head was empty when it came to Lingling.

If Lingling really got into trouble, Irene and the others would definitely find a way to send a message back, but Blue was just too worried.

However, she also missed Lingling and wondered why she hadn't come back yet.

Just after sighing in her heart, Ashley suddenly felt that the concentration of the surrounding elements was not right, and hurriedly pulled Blue back to the bridge.

As soon as I stepped back, I saw the teleportation array shining brightly.

"I'm back!"

I heard his voice before I saw him.

Ashley and Blue heard the baby voice they had been thinking about day and night.

After the light of the teleportation array dissipated, Lingling's small figure appeared on the stone platform as expected.
