The night is dark.
Under the tree, Triton, who had already let go of his daughter, had a strange expression on his face.
He was still half-squatting, but when he heard Lingling's words, he naturally withdrew his arm.
Then he pretended to be calm and looked down at Lingling in Sophia's arms. After thinking for a while, he put two fingers together, gently pinched a leaf of the little guy, and looked at it carefully.
"Is it okay?" Triton muttered to himself, his face expressionless. "This little treeman is so fragile. How do treeman parents train their children?"
Lingling felt a little itchy when Triton pinched her, so she twisted the branches, giggled, and retracted her leaves.
"Uncle, don't pinch the Lingling leaves, it's itchy~"
Hearing this, Triton calmly withdrew his hand and asked in his clear and deep voice, "Just now, are you okay?"
Lingling waved the leaves nonchalantly, looking generous: "It's nothing. But uncle, you should lower your head and look at Lingling next time. Lingling is so small that I can step on her and she will be gone."
Triton tugged at his collar casually, and while doing so, he glanced at his feet and made an estimate.
Nonsense, at least two kicks are needed.
"Puff"
Sophia, who was watching from beginning to end, couldn't help herself. The conversation between Lingling and her father was so funny.
Lingling didn't know what her sister was laughing at. Just as she was about to ask, she saw Tag and Holly behind Triton.
The little guy's eyes lit up, and he didn't bother to get to the bottom of it. He jumped out of Sophia's arms nimbly.
"Uncle, I'm hungry, I want food."
Seeing the little guy running towards them, Tag and Holly, who originally wanted to watch the excitement, stopped instantly.
Holly picked up Lingling before Tag, smiled provocatively at Tag, and walked towards the tent.
Tag didn't care and said to Triton and the others, "Your family is reunited, so we won't disturb you for now."
He hurriedly chased after Lingling, shouting as he ran.
"Holly, do you know where Lingling's milk and cupcakes are?"
Holly didn't even stop.
"I don't know, bring it here!"
Tag: How kind of you!
By the time Tag brought Lingling milk and cake, Lingling had turned into a baby again.
She was wearing her little nightgown, revealing her fair and tender limbs, her hair was messy like a little hedgehog, she was sitting by the tent, with a small quilt draped over her body, playing with her little rabbit doll.
Holly sat quietly beside Lingling, supporting her chin and watching her play, with a pile of other animal stuffed animals in front of her.
It seems that the little rabbit doll is very creative.
"Uncle Tag!" Seeing Tag leaning half of his body in, Lingling instantly burst into enthusiasm.
Tag was flattered, and then he saw Lingling running straight towards him...
He had milk and a small cake in his hand.
"Heh~" Holly sneered.
Tag glared at Holly and dragged him out of the tent, who was doing nothing.
Before leaving, he told Lingling to eat dinner in the tent and go to sleep after eating.
Lingling drank the fragrant milk, ate the cake, kicked her feet, and responded vaguely: "Hooooo~Jiaojue~"
......
Carefully closing the tent door, Tag grabbed Holly and walked towards the Triton family who were also having dinner.
Like the Elf King Thor, Triton also had a rare space ring, which contained some food from the seabed. They did not bother Tag and Holly and just ate it.
When Tag and Holly came over, several mermaids had just gracefully finished eating the sashimi in their hands.
Tag thought they were too embarrassed to go over to the fire without his and Holly's consent, so he said apologetically, "I forgot to tell you, you can also go over there. Although you may not like fire, I remember you also like to eat cooked food, so you can go over there and roast it over the fire."
Tritton paused in wiping his hands.
Is this being pitied?
"We like eating fresh raw fish, just like you like sunshine."
Tag smiled awkwardly, realizing he'd misunderstood. He abruptly changed the subject, "Well, we just met your two sons before, and we discussed sending your daughter back. But now that you're here, I'm wondering if you and your family should go back in the carriage, and we can take Lingling back to the Tree People first."
"Wait a moment." Triton responded calmly.
He turned to look at his daughter and took out the jewelry from the space ring that he had not had time to take out just now.
There was a lot of sparkling things in Tryton's hands, of various kinds, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.
"Sophia, here are the most expensive pieces of jewelry from the Luolan Empire Jewelry Store. Don't worry, I will definitely help you get back the pearls that were stolen and sold."
Sophia was surprised. She reached out to take the pile of jewels that looked so dazzling that they could blind anyone. She asked in confusion, "Father, are you still leaving?"
"Yes, let's go check if there are still rumors circulating in the city."
"Also, I need to investigate further to see if any other members of my tribe have been captured. Although I haven't received any feedback, it would be best to confirm. I was too anxious to find you before. Now that you are safe, I must fulfill my duties as king."
Sophia nodded sensibly and replied with a faint smile, "My brothers are with me, Father. You can go now. The sooner you go, the sooner you can return. My brothers and I will be waiting for you in the tribe."
Triton nodded, touched his daughter's head, and stared at his two dull sons with a dim look in his eyes.
Seeing this, both brothers nodded in agreement and then looked towards Tag.
